Ich suche eine nette Nachmieterin für mein WG-Zimmer, bevorzugt Studentin (oder Praktikantin).
Wir wohnen hier auf 2 Stockwerken mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bügelzimmer, Wohnzimmer, zwei Toiletten und einem Bad - plus Terrasse.
Außerdem haben wir in unserem Wohnzimmer eine Wii für lustige Spieleabende ;)
Bei weiteren Fragen am besten einfach melden und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin :)
Es gibt hier mehrere Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wenige Gehminuten entfernt
Vier Haltestellen weiter gibt es einen Baumarkt und ein Einkaufscenter mit Kaufland, Mediamarkt etc.
Die Straßenbahn fährt in der Regel alle 10min., in 30min. ist man in Heidelberg, Bismarckplatz).
Wir wollen keine Zweck-WG!
