Ab 01.02.22 ist in unserer 3er-WG, zentrumsnah und Nähe Westbahnhof ein Zimmer mit 17qm frei.
In den 420€ ist alles enthalten, ohne zusätzliche Kosten.
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, einen Balkon und einen kleinen Garten hinterm Hof, der für alle Hausbewohner (3 Parteien) frei zugänglich ist.
Es ist ein großer Kellerraum vorhanden und ein Schuppen zum Abstellen des Fahrrads.
Wir sind Jonas und Jasmin, sind beide berufstätig und das teils auch im Schichtdienst.
Gelegentlich verbringen wir einen Abend aufm Sofa mit Film, Pizza und Eis, oder sind mal gemeinsam unterwegs, ziehen uns aber gerne auch mal zurück.
