Wer sind wir:
-Kerstin (21): 4. Semester Grundschule, Deutsch und Englisch
-Lena (23): 8. Semester Grundschule, Mathe und kath. Religion

- 1,5 Zimmer ca. 25 qm (im Dachgeschoss, ein Raum mit Schrägen,
roter Teppichboden, 2 Fenster pro Zimmer, 1 Heizung pro
Zimmer, Telefon- und TV-Anschluss
-Abstellraum, neben Zimmer
-Bad: Dusche mit Sitz, Klo, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine
-Küche: alles ! ( Spülmaschine, Gefriertruhe, Mikrowelle... und
ein großer Tisch mit vielen Stühlen, Fußbodenheizung (super im
Winter;-)
- Internet- und Telefonflat (nur ins dt. Festnetz!!!!)
-stündliche Zugverbindung nach Landau HBF
- gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Real um die Ecke
Kurze Info zur den Nebenkosten: Zimmermiete kalt: 170 €, Nebenkosten richten sich nach Verbrauch, zur Zeit ca, 70€ im Monat.
Kaution: nach Absprache
Das Zimmer wäre ab 1.08.2011 frei.
