Unten wohnt eine alleinerziehende Mama mit ihrem 2jährigen Sohn. Oben wohne ich, wo auch das Bad ist. Wir würden einen Balkon zusammen benutzen, auf dem man gemütlich sitzen und auch Rauchen kann. Die WG ist direkt am Westbahnhof. Mit Anwohnerausweis ist Parken vor dem Haus möglich - ansonsten 2 Minuten Fussweg. Bitte nimm nur per mail Kontakt zu mir auf. Bin von 1.4. bis 3.4. nicht zu Hause. Besichtigungen nach Absprache in der ersten und zweiten Aprilwoche dennoch möglich, dann ist meine (bzw unsere) Mitbewohnerin wieder da. Und bring Sonne mit! :) Tobi
