Möbel sind nach Absprache alle vorhanden.
Am Rand der Innenstadt, ruhige aber zentrale Wohnlage, urbanes Umfeld mit guter Infrastruktur. Bäcker 1 Minute, Lidl 10 Minuten, EKZ 15 Minuten, Krankenhaus 5 Minuten, Bahnhof 15 Minuten, FH 10 Minuten, Innenstadt 10 Minuten.
Haus WG. Unten wohnen die Hauseigentümer und im ersten Stock die WG-Bewohner. Hauptsächlich FH Studenten, Schüler, Berufsbeginner.
Im Sommer wird öfters gemeinsam im Garten gegrillt. Rauchen und Krach machen ist verpönt. Keine Vorglüh-WG.
Wir sind nette und hilfsbereite Leute. Eine gewisse Ordnung und Sauberkeit solltet ihr mitbringen.
