Das 10 m² große Zimmer mit einem 3 m² großen Balkon wird ab 01.02.2024 frei. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster und eine verglaste Balkontür, die viel Licht hereinlassen und zum Balkon führt. Die mehrfache Verglasung der Fenster und der Balkontür dämmen den Lärm und Dämmen das Zimmer so, dass man in Ruhe und warm schlafen kann. Es ist zwar eine Straße in Sichtweite, aber davon bekommt man kaum etwas mit, da es wenig Verkehr in Leichlingen gibt.
Die ca. 85 m² große Wohnung umfasst ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine sowie einem kleinen Bad mit Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und es gibt auch einen Abstellraum in dem zum Beispiel ein Fahrrad gelagert werden kann und unter dem Dach kann die nasse Kleidung getrocknet werden.

The room is about 10m² and comes with a 3m² balcony and will be available from the 01.04.2024. The room has one large window and a glazed balcony door. The room will be fully empty. So you can bring your own furniture into it and the small balcony is a part of the room too.
The 85 m² flat is located on the second floor and comes with a big living room, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, shelves and a fridge, dish washer, a small bathroom with a shower. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. There is also giant storage space in the basement for bicycles or some boxes. Under the roof there is a giant cloth hanging room just above the flat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Leichlingen in der Nähe zum Busbahnhof und dem Blütenbad. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt und den Busbahnhof erreicht man in 10 Minuten. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 20 Minuten den Leichlinger Bahnhof, an dem alle 30 Minuten die RB48 nach Köln oder Wuppertal abfährt.
Leichlingen befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Städten Köln, Düsseldorf und Solingen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe und DM) und Imbisse sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Waldstück mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen und ruhigen Bächen.

This beautiful is located quite residential area in Leichlingen close the bus station and the swimming bath Blütenbad. Public transport is easily within reach:. Various bus lines reach almost all directions.
The nearest bus stop is only a two-minute walk away and you can reach the main bus station in 10 minutes and the train station in 20 minutes. From the train station, you can take every 30 minutes the RB48 towards Cologne or Wuppertal.
Shops (e.g. Aldi, Lidl or Rewe) and Kiosks are also within walking distance.
It will take 50 minutes by public transport to reach the SRH Fernhochschule in Leverkusen and the main station of Cologne in 45 minutes.
The apartment is in close proximity to a forest with numerous hiking trails and quiet streams.
Mein Name ist Jost und ich bin aufgeschlossen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich arbeite als Informatiker und bin vormittags nicht zuhause. Wenn ich zuhause bin, koche und backe ich gerne. Ansonsten bin ich gerne und viel draußen in der Natur unterwegs.
Das Leben hier ist ziemlich ruhig, angenehm und unkompliziert. Alle Nachbarn sind nett und aufgeschlossen. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann oder sich im Sommer auf einem der zwei Balkone erholen kann. Es handelt sich um keine Zweck WG und Ich würde mich über ein angenehmen WG Leben freuen.

My name is Jost. I am an open-minded, friendly and helpful person. Because of my work as an Informatics in Solingen, I am only at home at the afternoon during the working days. I like cooking and baking and therefore we will see each other most likely in the kitchen or the dining room.
The neighbourhood is pretty straightforward and chilled. All neighbours are nice and friendly. The apartment is big enough that we can also enjoy our privacy and relax on the two balconies. It would be nice, if the WG live will be more then only functional living side by side, but this is not a must
