Weil meine Mitbewohnerin Marieke ein Auslandsemester macht, wird in unserer schönen WG für ein paar Monate ein Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, die beide nach Westen zeigen, sodass einem abends die Abendsonne ins Zimmer scheint. Unsere Küche ist zwar recht klein, hat aber eine kleine Abstellkammer, sodass alles seinen Platz hat. Zusätzlich hat die Wohnung noch ein Gemeinschafts-Wohnzimmer mit einem Balkon. Der Balkon zeigt nach Osten, perfekt für ein sonniges Frühstück. Im Bad ist eine Badewanne und auch eine Waschmaschine, die du mitbenutzen kannst.
Da sich die Wohnung im vierten Stock befindet, ist es immer schön hell hier.
Mariekes Zimmer würdest du dann möbliert übernehmen. Dazu gehören ein Kleiderschrank, zwei Regale, ein Schreibtisch mit kleinem Regal und ein Bett mit Nachttisch. Auch in der restlichen Wohnung kannst du alles mitbenutzen.

Because my roommate Marieke will spend one semester abroad, I am looking for a new roommate to stay with me for these few months.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both of them face west, so in the evening the sun shines into the rooms. Our kitchen is rather small, but has a small storage room so that everything has its place. The apartment also has a shared living room with a balcony. The balcony faces east, perfect for a sunny breakfast. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and also a washing machine that you can use.
Since the apartment is on the fourth floor, it is always light in here.
You would take over Marieke's room furnished. This includes a wardrobe, two shelves, a desk with a small shelf and a bed with a bedside table. You can also use everything in the rest of the apartment.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Lindenauer Markt, die Tram-Haltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dort gibt es auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - von Kaufland, Konsum, DM über verschiedene Imbisse - ist alles da. Trotzdem ist man von hier aus auch schnell wieder im Grünen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten am Palmengarten und an der Elster. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ungefähr 15 Minuten.

The apartment is close to the Lindenauer Markt, the tram stop is only a few minutes away on foot. At the Lindenauer Markt there are different shopping opportunities. By bike you it only takes a few minutes to the Palmengarten (a very nice park) and the Elster (a small river). It takes about 15 minutes by bike to the main train station or the city centre.
Ich bin Sophie und studiere im achten Semester Sonderpädagogik an der Uni Leipzig. Wie wir unser WG-Leben gestalten wollen, können wir dann ja einfach gemeinsam überlegen. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir keine reine Zweck-WG werden, sondern auch hin und wieder etwas gemeinsam unternehmen. Alles weitere wird sich sicherlich ganz automatisch klären.
