Ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere schöne WG!
Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau und befindet sich in perfekter Lage an der Ecke Luppenstraße/ Jahnallee direkt am Palmgarten.
Wir haben eine gemütliche Küche mit kleinem Balkon und ein großes Bad und zu dem Zimmer gehört außerdem ein Wintergarten.

I'm looking for a new roommate for our sweet home!
The apartment is a altbau and is in perfect location on the corner of Luppenstrasse/ Jahnallee, just 3 min from Palmgarten.
We have a cozy kitchen with a small balcony and a large bathroom, and the room also has a winter garden.
Die Lage ist supi: die Straße runter ist direkt der Palmengarten und die Haltestelle Angerbrücke ist nur 1 min. entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist zu jeder Tageszeit hell & ruhig weil die Küche mit dem Balkon zum Hof rausgeht und zur andern Seite eine Nebenstraße ist.
Der Innenhof ist auch schön, mit Feuerschale und Bäumen 🌳🌿🌞🪵

The location is really nice: the Palmengarten is right down the street and the Angerbrücke stop is only 1 minute away.
The apartment is bright and quiet at all times of the day because the kitchen with the balcony faces the yard and on the other side there is a side street.
The yard is nice too, with a fire bowl and trees!
Ich werd im Winter meinen Master in Kunstgeschichte anfangen und bin deshalb noch die nächsten zwei Jahre in Leipzig.
Ich bin eigentlich immer happy, eher ruhig, entspannt und brauch auch manchmal Zeit für mich - freu mich aber sehr auf jemanden die Lust auf ein gemütliches und herzliches Zusammenleben hat mit Essen teilen, zusammen Kochen, essen, zum See radeln, Yoga machen oder im Park in der Sonne rumliegen!
Mir wäre es auch wichtig, dass alle mal von sich aus putzen und Zeug für die Wohnung einkaufen..
Wenn das gut für Dich klingt freu mich riesig von Dir zu hören :)

I'll be starting my master's degree in art history in winter, so I'll be in Leipzig for the next two years.
I'm happy, rather quiet, relaxed and sometimes need time for myself - but I'm really looking forward to someone who wants to share the goodlife with cooking& eating together, cycling to the lake, doing yoga or chilling in the park.
It would also be important to me that everyone cleans now & then and occasionally buys stuff for the apartment.
