The room for which we are looking has about 10sqm. It is bright, through a large, deep window, more storage space and / or living space could enable one for example by a loft bed or similar. Also a cabinet or a drawer can be placed in the hallway to get ab bit more space. Likewise, we are trying to use the space in the bathroom as much as possible to store things like towels and bed linen. On the pictures everything looks a bit naked and cold at the moment, but we really want to make it nice and cozy. In the pictures you will also find a few impressions of how we live at the moment so, maybe it makes it a little more vivid!:)

We think the location is great. Shopping facilities such as Aldi, Konsum, Rewe and co. are in the same street. In the house downstairs there is a pizzeria, the tram goes in front of the door, by bike one is in about 20 minutes at the station and the absolute best is that we are 2 streets away from the forest.
-ENGLISH
We, Lea, Bana, Ria and Tara, are moving to Leipzig in June (Bana in September) and are looking for another FLINTA* for our shared apartment.
Living together in community and solidarity is important to us. The basis for this has so far been a culture of appreciative and empathetic communication in our shared flats, which also allows space for proper fuck off about the conditions of the world, wage work and everyday life. That and a nice way to talk about the dynamics in the flat and conflicts is something we wish for. In addition to the generally hopefully good communication, which we can certainly work on and grow on together, it is especially important to us that we can talk transparently and honestly about the pandemic situation and negotiate a common way of dealing with different needs.
The three of us have known each other for more or less a long time. Bana and Ria have been living together in Marburg for two years in a larger shared apartment. Lea and Ria live in a partnership and bring Tara, their dog, into the community. Ideally, we will find someone to live with who is willing to take Tara for a walk from time to time. Tara is super easy to care for indoors - calm, incredibly cuddly and open - outdoors it is sometimes difficult to set limits to her need for autonomy.
Lea works as an occupational therapist, mainly with children, because with them it feels like a second childhood and "really real" to make fun. She is super active, likes to do handicrafts, is often and a lot outdoors, works on queerfem topics and is actually always scurrying around. Right now she's practicing enjoying "chill time", lying in bed, snacking and watching movies. She is also a good conversationalist for all topics that move people.
Bana studies physics, does political work (intersectional feminist work and anti-racism), likes to go for walks and takes care of her houseplants. She is an energetic personality - you can definitely win her over for absolutely any nonsense.
In September Ria will start an apprenticeship as a social assistant. Apart from that she loves to cook, pick mushrooms, ride her bike and spend time outside with Tara, work politically on (queer-)feminist issues and enjoys coffee, wine, cigarettes, cards and extended risk rounds or conversations. Ria is not big on small talk and is quite uncomfortable with it, but appreciates empathetic and personal conversations even more.
We all have our bags to carry and our individual issues that occupy us and we want a space in which we can try to show ourselves as honestly as possible and in which we support each other in our processes.
If you want to get to know us and create a common life together with us, please write us a few lines about yourself! Despite the fact that we already know each other, we don't have any fixed ideas about how exactly our everyday life together should look like and we want to find out and negotiate that together with you.
We are all socialized in this world, but we don't want to discuss some basic things in our home - any form of sexism, racism, anti-Semitism and other forms of discrimination have no place with us, but reflection about it of course does.
-ENGLISH-
Since Bana can only come to us in September due to her studies, we are still looking for someone to live with us from June-September. In addition, it is not yet 100% clear how the costs will be split exactly, since we do not yet have a finalized Internet and electricity contract. For this room, however, the rent should settle at about 220 euros plus/minus a bit.
The rest of the equipment for the kitchen and the bathroom is already safe.
Because of the pandemic and our living situation at the moment, we will conduct the get-to-know-you meetings online. Is of course a pity, but for us unfortunately only so possible.
