One of the rooms of our Wg is available for subletting until mid-February. The room is approx 16m2, and it’s fully furnished. The rent costs 290€ and includes all services.
About the flat: it’s located in Alt Lindenau. The tram stop (line 7), and grocery shop are 100mts away. The spaces are big and comfy, it has a huge social area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy living room. Perfect for sharing some time with the flatmates.
You will share the flat with Sarh, and Antonio, two lovely peeps that are always open to sharing a good time. Our home has super chill vibes, we share food, and like to have drinks and cook together. To keep those vibes alive it is important that everyone feels comfortable and respects the others’ space.
We are pretty international, so the most spoken language among us is English, but we also speak Spanish, Italian, and German.
