Ein wunderschönes, helles Zimmer mit Dielenboden, großem sonnigem Fenster zur Südseite, vielen Pflanzen und hohen Decken ist im November und Dezember in unserer WG frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17-18m² groß, die Dielen knarzen gemütlich und das aus dem Fenster schaust du auf die großen Bäume in unserem grünen Innenhof – dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig, trotz Tramhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Vor allem morgens und mittags kommt viel Sonne in das Zimmer, die Pflanzen und der alte Bauernschrank machen es schön heimelig und der Schreibtisch vor dem Fenster ist ein perfekter Ort zum Arbeiten oder Unikram erledigen, weil dir dort auch in den Wintermonaten die Sonne ins Gesicht scheint. Die Ausrichtung nach Süden könnte in Bezug auf das Thema Heizen ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt im kommenden Winter sein.
Das Herz der Wohnung ist die helle, geräumige Wohnküche mit angeschlossenem Balkon, bequemem Sofa zum Versacken und einem riesigen Tisch für gemeinsame Kochsessions. Angenehme Bonustracks sind außerdem das weitläufige "Panoramabad" und die klostauvermeidende Gästetoilette.
Da unser Mitbewohner Flo die Monate November und Dezember für sein Studium in Spanien verbringen wird, würden die Möbel und Pflanzen, die du auf den Fotos sehen kannst, für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete im Zimmer bleiben.
Vermutlich wird ab Februar ein anderes Zimmer in der WG frei – falls also der Vibe stimmt und wir eine entspannte Lösung für die Zwischenzeit finden, gäbe es dementsprechend auch die Option auf eine längerfristige Zwischenmiete.

A beautiful, bright room with floorboards, a large sunny window facing south, many plants and high ceilings is available in November and December in our shared flat. The room is approx. 17-18m², the floorboards creak comfortably and the window looks out onto the large trees in our green inner courtyard - making it pleasantly quiet, despite the tram stop right in front of the door. Especially in the mornings and at noon, the room gets a lot of sun, the plants and the old farm cupboard make it nice and cosy, and the desk in front of the window is a perfect place to work or do university stuff, because the sun shines in your face even in the winter months. The south-facing orientation could be an additional plus point in terms of heating in the coming winter.
The heart of the flat is the bright, spacious eat-in kitchen with attached balcony, comfortable sofa to sink into and a huge table for communal cooking sessions. Pleasant bonus tracks are also the spacious "panorama bath" and the guest toilet that avoids clutter.
Since our flatmate Flo will be spending the months of November and December studying in Spain, the furniture and plants you can see in the photos would stay in the room for the time of the interim tenancy.
Another room in the shared flat will probably become available in February - so if the vibe is right and we find a relaxed solution for the interim period, there would also be the option of a longer-term interim tenancy.
Trams und Busse fahren literally direkt vor der Tür in alle Richtungen ab (Straßenbahnhof Angerbrücke), in zehn Minuten kommst du zum Hauptbahnhof und mit dem Palmengarten beginnt der schönste Park Leipzigs direkt um die Ecke. Mit dem Rad erreichst du die Innenstadt (bzw. Uni) innerhalb von 15 Minuten, von denen du 14:59 min durchs Grüne radelst. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es (günstiges) arabisches, italienisches, vietnamesisches, veganes Essen etc. pp., ulkige Spätis, gemütliche Kneipen, kleine Galerien... Kaufland und Rewe sind auch quasi nebenan, außerdem ist zweimal die Woche Markt am Lindenauer Markt, ein paar hundert Meter die Straße runter.

Trams and buses depart literally from right in front of our doorstep in all directions, you can reach the main station within ten minutes and Leipzig's most beautiful park, the Palmengarten, starts right around the corner. By bike you can reach the city center (or university) within 15 minutes, of which you cycle 14:59 min through different parks. In the neighbourhood you will find (cheap) Arabic, Italian, Vietnamese, vegan food, etc. pp., funny
Spätis, cozy pubs, small galleries ... Moreover, Kaufland and Rewe are right next door and twice a week there is a market on Lindenauer Markt, a few hundred meters down the road.
Unser WG-Leben ist entspannt und gesellig. Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Ruth, Gregor und Matze teilen.
Ruth setzt ihre allseits bewunderten, gleichwohl geheimnisumwitterten Skills als Data Scientist ein, um die Menschheit von Rückenschmerzen und Knieproblemen zu kurieren. Im Sommer slacklinet sie durch die Park in der Umgebung, im Winter trifft man sie des Öfteren in der Kletterhalle an.
Gregor ist Anfang des Jahres eingezogen, um seinen Informatik- Master in Leipzig zu beginnen und hat dafür seine Heimat München hinter sich gelassen. Ob für Deeptalk mit Bier auf dem Balkon, Erkunden der Stadt mit ihren vielfältigen kulturellen Angeboten oder Ausflüge zum See - Gregor kann einen für vieles Begeistern.
Matze genießt derzeit das süße Leben als arbeitssuchender Historiker und füllt mit Freude all deine Wissenslücken zu lateinamerikanischer Geschichte. Zudem ist er ein leidenschaftlicher Koch.
Ich werde in den nächsten Wochen einen Teil meiner Bachelorarbeit in Spanien schreiben, dadurch wird für dich ein Platz in einer absolut herzlichen und freundschaftlichen WG frei.
Ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis aus WG-Leben und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten ist uns wichtig. Darüber hinaus sind wir alle geimpft und wünschen uns das auch von dir.

Our flat-sharing life is relaxed and sociable. You will share the apartment with Ruth, Gregor and Matze.
Ruth uses her universally admired, yet secretive skills as a Data Scientist to cure mankind of back pain and knee problems. In the summer, she slacklines through the local parks, in the winter she can often be found in the climbing hall.
Gregor only moved in at the beginning of the year to start his master's degree in computer science in Leipzig and left his home in Munich behind to do so. Whether for deeptalk with beer on the balcony, exploring the city with its diverse cultural offerings or trips to the lake - Gregor can inspire you for many things.
Matze is currently enjoying the sweet life as a job-seeking historian, happily filling all your knowledge gaps on Latin American history. He is also a passionate cook.
As I am going to write a part of my bachelor's thesis in Spain, a room in an absolutely warm and friendly flat-sharing community is available for you.
A balance of shared living and retreats is important to us. Furthermore, we are all vaccinated and would like you to be as well.
