Zwischenmiete des Zimmers vom 10.02.2023 bis zum 02.04.2023.
Dein potenzielles Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und rechteckig geschnitten. Es hat Dielenboden und das Fenster ist zum Innenhof gelegen.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert und ungefähr so wie auf den Fotos untervermietet. Genug Stauraum für deine Sachen würde ich dir natürlich freiräumen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock. Wir haben neben der Küche (inkl. Balkon), dem Bad, dem Flur, deinem und Lunas Zimmer auch noch ein kleines Gästezimmer, in dem Platz für Kram ist und wir unsere Wäsche aufhängen können. Wir haben zudem ein Kellerabteil und einen Dachboden, wo Sachen untergebracht werden können.
Durch den Straßenbahnhof sind die Bahnen im Gäste- und in Lunas Zimmer recht laut zu hören, das ist auf dem Balkon und in deinem Zimmer aber weniger ein Problem.
Your room is about 15 square meters. It has floorboards and the window faces the backyard.
The room will be furnished and looks like in the photos. There will be enough storage space for your things of course.
The apartment is on the 1st floor. In addition to the kitchen (incl. balcony), the bathroom, the hallway, your room and Lunas room, we also have a small guest room, where there is space for stuff and we can hang our laundry. We also have a basement compartment and an attic where stuff can be stored.
Due to the trainstation in front of the house, the trains are quite loud in the guest room and in Lunas room, but this is less of a problem on the balcony and in your room.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es am Lindenauer Markt, der innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar ist. Hier findest du einen Kaufland, einen dm und zwei Bäcker. Außerdem findet hier mittwochs und freitags ein Wochenmarkt statt.
Du läufst von uns aus in wenigen Minuten zum Palmengarten und zur Elster und bist somit ziemlich schnell im Grünen und am Wasser. Ansonsten sind es keine 10 Minuten zur Karl-Heine-Straße, auf der es diverse Cafés, Bars und Restaurants gibt.
Die Haltestelle "Angerbrücke" ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür, wodurch man sehr gut angebunden ist und innerhalb von 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof kommt. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man die Innenstadt ebenfalls in 10-15 Minuten.
Shopping facilities are available at the Lindenauer Markt, which can be reached within 5 minutes. Here you will find a Kaufland, a dm and two bakerys. There is also a weekly market on Wednesdays and Fridays.
You only neeed a few minutes to the Palmengarten and to the Elster and so you are quite quickly in the nature and at the water. Also, it is less than 10 minutes to Karl-Heine-Strasse, where there are various cafes, bars and restaurants.
The train and bus stop "Angerbrücke" is directly in front of our house, which makes it very well connected and within 10 minutes you can get to the city center and the central train station. By bike you can also reach the city center in 10-15 minutes.
Du wirst mit Luna (sie) zusammenwohnen.
Luna ist eine sehr nette und liebenswerte Person, die gerne lacht, quatscht und gemeinsam etwas unternimmt. So ist die WG auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG. Luna studiert dual Soziale Arbeit und ist dementsprechend oft eingenommen vom Studium und der Arbeit. Besonders im Februar und März stehen bei ihr Prüfungen und Abgaben an, sodass in der Zeit, wo du bei uns wohnen würdest, es eher ruhig zugehen sollte.
Eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit ist wichtig und es wäre gut, wenn die Repro-Arbeit (Putzen, Aufräumen...) fair aufgeteilt wird.
You will live with Luna (she/her).
Luna is a kind and lovable person who likes to laugh, chat and do things together. Luna studies dual social work and is therefore often busy with her studies and work. Especially in February and March, she has exams and submissions coming up, so that it should be rather quiet during the time when you would live with her.
A certain basic cleanliness is important and it would be good if the work like cleaning, tidying up and so on is shared fairly.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 300€.
Für den gesamten Zeitraum vom 10.02.2023 bis zum 02.04.2023 wären es insgesamt 500€ Mietkosten.
