Wir haben in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei und freuen uns über einen neuen Menschen, der bei uns wohnen möchte. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar, 18 m² groß, hat zwei Fenster zur Straße, Teppich und LAN-Anschluss. Unser Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, dass heißt, es gibt zwei Badezimmer, zwei Küchen, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Waschküche. Leider sind im Zimmer keine Möbel vorhanden. Zudem ist der Herd in der Küche defekt und die Neuanschaffung steht noch aus.

We have a room available in our shared flat and look forward to welcoming a new person who wants to live with us. The room is available immediately, 18 m² in size, has two windows facing the street, carpet, and LAN connection. Our house consists of two apartments: two bathrooms, two kitchens, a living room, and a laundry room. Unfortunately, there is no furniture in the room. In addition, the stove in the kitchen is broken, and a new one has yet to be purchased.
Die WG liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus in Reudnitz, sehr nah an der Haltestelle Breite Straße und ganz in der Nähe von Lene-Voigt Park. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10 Minuten locker in der Innenstadt. Ein Späti, Aldi, Kaufland und einschlägige Bars sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is located in a calm and quiet house in Reudnitz, very close to Breite Straße station and Lene-Voigt-Park. You can reach the city center in 10 minutes by bike. Discounters, some nice bars and an open-late-store can easily be reached by foot.

Ich bin David 27 Jahre alt und studiere Bauingenieurwesen im fünften Semester. Ich koche gerne und gehe in meiner Freizeit Bouldern. Ansonsten schaue ich sehr gerne Filme und fahre Rennrad.
Immanuel (kurz: Immi), 33 🙈, Master-Informatikstudent, schreibt gerade meine Abschlussarbeit. Meine Leidenschaft gilt der Musik, der Mathematik und der Kunst. Entweder lasse ich mich leicht dazu motivieren, Dinge gemeinsam zu unternehmen (Konzerte besuchen, Spiele spielen, kochen, philosophieren), oder ich brauche Zeit für mich, nur um dem Regen zu lauschen, aber man kann ja immer bei mir anklopfen Tür ;)
Ich bin Dilara, 27 Jahre alt. Ich bin Doktorandin und vor kurzem nach Deutschland gezogen, daher muss ich mich immer noch an die deutsche Bürokratie und den deutschen Lebensstil anpassen. Die meiste Zeit verbringe ich am Institut. Ich gehe gerne lange spazieren und trinke Kaffee (ich bin kaffeesüchtig).
