Since we receive a lot of inquiries - please tell us a little about why you want to live in a house project, for example whats your experience with communities and give us the feeling that you have really read the advertisement.
The room will need some live as painting the walls and probably taking off the old varnish from the wooden floor, in which we would support you of course.
The room is free right now, it depends on the process of getting to know eachother when you could actually move in. We would try to make you meet everybody in the house, which can take some time of course.

Da wir sehr viele Anfragen erhalten - erzähl uns doch bitte ein bisschen darüber, warum du Lust hast, in einem Hausprojekt zu wohnen, zum Beispiel wie deine Erfahrung in Gemeinschaften sind, und gib uns das Gefühl, dass du die Anzeige wirklich durchgelesen hast.
Das Zimmer braucht ein bisschen Liebe, die Wände könnten gestrichen werden und der Holzboden abgeschliffen, worin wir dich natürlich unterstützen werden.
Das Zimmer ist jetzt schon frei, es hängt dann vom Kennenlern-Prozess ab, wann du einziehen kannst. Wir werden versuchen, dass du möglichst alle kennenlernst. Naja, das geht meistens nicht so bis morgen. :-)

We are a shared apartment in a house project in the east of Leipzig and are now looking for a new roommate.
12 adults, 6 children (0.5 - 9 years old) and 2 cats live in the entire house.
Many of us are queer. Unfortunately, there is only one person of color living in the house right now. The house is not barrier-free. We are working towards installing a stair lift.
We have a common food fund and organize our life together with shared plenary sessions and meal gatherings. There are many tasks in the house, in the areas of accounting, construction site, community, all of which we take on if possible.
There are 5 adults and 4 children living in your new shared apartment, but not all of them are always there (both big and small). We are particularly interested in biochemistry, welding, Dr. Who, working in collectives, puppet theater, classical music, Pokémon and Lego. We meet most often at meals together and at game nights.
We hope that you think in a queer-feminist way and are perhaps also queer, that you want to live with children on an equal footing, that you want to be in community and share your needs and feelings. We are very concerned about anti-racism and critical whiteness, especially since almost all of us are white, we see this as an important task for our company. We are happy if you are BPoC and want to offer you a safe home.
And otherwise, we are very excited to get to know your niche interest and your morning routine!

Wir sind eine WG in einem Hausprojekt im Osten Leipzigs und suchen ab sofort ein/e/s neues Mitbewohner_in.
Im ganzen Haus wohnen 12 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder (0,5 -9Jahre) und 2 Katzen.
Viele von uns sind queer. Im Haus lebt gerade leider nur eine Person of Color. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei. Wir arbeiten darauf hin, einen Treppenlift einzubauen.
Wir haben eine gemeinsame Essenskasse, organisieren unser Zusammenleben mit gemeinsamen Plena und Essensrunden. Es gibt viele Aufgaben im Haus, im Bereich Buchhaltung, Baustelle, Gemeinschaft, von denen wir nach Möglichkeiten alle etwas übernehmen.
In deiner neuen WG leben 5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, von denen aber nicht immer alle da sind (groß wie klein). Wir interessieren uns besonders für Biochemie, Schweissen, Dr. Who, Arbeit in Kollektiven, Figurentheater, klassische Musik, Pokémon und Lego. Wir begegnen uns am meisten beim gemeinsamen Essen und bei Spieleabenden.
Wir wünschen uns, dass du queerfeministisch denkst und vielleicht auch queer bist, dass du Lust hast, mit Kindern auf Augenhöhe zu leben, Lust hast auf Gemeinschaft und dich mit deinen Bedürfnissen und Gefühlen mitzuteilen. Antirassismus und Critical Whiteness beschäftigen uns sehr, besonders da wir fast alle weiß sind, sehen wir das als wichtige Aufgabe unseres Hauses. Wir freuen uns, wenn du BPoC bist und wollen dir einen sicheres Zuhause bieten.
Und ansonsten sind wir sehr gespannt, dein Nischeninteresse und deine Morgenroutine kennen zu lernen!
