Vorab: Wir haben das Zimmer erst mal unbefristet inseriert. Es ist jedoch noch nicht klar, wie viele von uns gegen Oktober in einer andere Stadt ziehen werden. Für den Fall, dass wir alle ausziehen, würden wir die Wohnung gerne zu dem Zeitpunkt auflösen. Andernfalls würde die WG mit dir in einer neuen Konstellation bestehen bleiben :-)
Das Zimmer ist 23qm groß und geht Richtung Osten raus. Durch den Erker ist es hier von morgens bis Nachmittags schön hell. Außerdem gibt es eine Flügeltür zum Nachbarzimmer, die jedoch von der anderen Seite gedämmt ist.

The room is 23sqm in size and faces east. Due to the bay window, it is nice and bright from morning to afternoon. There is also a French door to the neighboring room, but it is insulated from the other side.
Die Lage gibt alles her, was man braucht. Supermärkte (Kaufland-Reudnitz, Aldi) sind direkt ums Eck, Spätis und Bäckereien versorgen dich darüber hinaus. Solltest du mal weiter weg müssen, ist die Straßenbahn in 5min zu erreichen. Für Erholung sorgen zahlreiche Parks (Lene-Voigt-Park, Rabet, Birkenwäldchen) in der Umgebung und für Spaß, Kneipen und die schnell zu erreichende Eisenbahnstraße.

The location has everything you need. Supermarkets (Kaufland-Reudnitz, Aldi) are just around the corner, Spätis and bakeries provide you beyond. If you need to go further away, the tram is 5 minutes away. there are numerous parks (Lene-Voigt-Park, Rabet, Birkenwäldchen) in the area and for fun, pubs and the quickly accessible Eisenbahnstraße.
Da unser Mitbewohner leider im April umzieht, wird hier ein Zimmer frei.
Durch das gemeinsame Wohnen und darüber hinaus sind wir gute Freunde geworden. Unser Zusammenleben ist unkompliziert und wir freuen uns immer über gemeinsame Zeit.
Im Haus wohnen weitere befreundete Wgs, mit denen sich auch gut Zeit verbringen lässt.

Since our roommate is unfortunately moving in April, a room becomes free here.
Through living together and beyond, we have become good friends. Our living together is uncomplicated and we are always happy to spend time together.
