Hello liebe*r Wohnungssuchende*r,
in unserer schönen WG in Anger-Crottendorf (fast noch Reudnitz) wird ein gemütliches Zimmer frei und wir suchen nun eine*n nette*n aufgeschlossene*n Nachfolger*in.
Dein Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und befindet sich auf der Nordseite. Im Zimmer steht ein platzsparendes Hochbett, das Platz für eine 1,40x2,0 Matratze hat. Dies könnte bei Bedarf aber auch abgebaut werden. Dabei würde ich (Tobias) auch meine Hilfe anbieten.
Die Wohnung besitzt einen geräumigen Flur mit Sofa, ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne/Dusche, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und einen schönen Balkon, mit Blick auf den grünen Innenhof. Im Sommer wird hier gerne gegrillt und im Winter kann der Hinterhof super zum gemeinsamen Glühweintrinken genutzt werden. Das hat sich durch Corona etwas verlaufen, aber lässt sich ja vielleicht auch wieder aufleben :) Wenn du Lust auf Gärtnern hast, kannst du dich hier auch austoben.
Im Hof können im Fahrradschuppen außerdem Räder angeschlossen werden, es gibt auch einen Kellerraum (wie fast überall in Leipzig leider nicht trocken).

Hello lovely potential new roommate!
In our beautiful shared apartment in Anger-Crottendorf (practically still Reudnitz) we have a cozy free room and are looking for a nice and open-minded new inhabitant ;)
Your room is 15 square meters and located on the north side, with one beautiful wood-framed window and a space-saving loft bed which has space for a 1,40 x 2m mattress. The bed can also be removed if necessary.
The apartment has a spacious hallway with a sofa, a daylight bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a nice balcony overlooking the green courtyard. In the summer, people like to barbecue here and in the winter, the backyard is perfect for drinking mulled wine together. This has lost its way a bit due to Corona, but maybe it can be revived :) If you feel like gardening, you can also let off steam here.
In the bike shed in the courtyard you can lock up your bikes, and there is also a cellar (though like almost everywhere in Leipzig unfortunately not dry).
In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die alle in ~10 min oder weniger zu erreichen sind. Reudnitz und der Lene-Voigt-Park sind direkt ums Eck. Hier gibt es ein paar schöne Cafés, Bars und ein Kino.
Aber auch Anger-Crottendorf ist im Kommen ;) Um die Ecke hat vor einer Weile das Café Lux eröffnet, das leckere vegane Kuchen/Gerichte serviert und als Co-Working-Space oder für Konzert-Abende dient.
Innenstadt und Hauptcampus der Uni sind in ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, der Weg führt größtenteils durch den schönen Lene-Voigt-Park. Die HTWK ist mit Fahrrad in ca. 20 min zu erreichen, je nach Ampel-Situation ;)
Die Buslinien 72/73 fahren in 3 min fußläufiger Entfernung vorm Haus ab. Die Tramlinie 4 (zum Hauptcampus der Uni) fährt 8 Gehminuten entfernt ab. Die Buslinie 60 in Richtung Karl-Liebknecht-Straße lässt sich in 5 min erreichen und die 70 ebenfalls in Richtung Karl-Liebknecht- sowie Eisenbahnstraße fährt 8 min entfernt ab.

In the surrounding area there are various shopping possibilities, all of which can be reached in ~10 min or less. Reudnitz and the Lene-Voigt-Park are just around the corner. There are some nice cafes, bars and a movie theater here.
But Anger-Crottendorf is also up and coming ;) Café Lux recently opened around the corner, serving delicious vegan cakes/dishes and acting as a co-working space also hosting bingo as well as concerts.
The city center and the main campus of the university can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes, with most of the way leading through the beautiful Lene-Voigt-Park. The HTWK can be reached by bike in about 20 min, depending on the traffic-light situation ;)
The bus lines 72/73 leave in 3 min walking-distance from the building. Tram line 4 (to the main campus of the university) leaves in only 8 min walking-distance away. Bus line 60 in the direction of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached in 5 min and also bus line 70 in the direction of Karl-Liebknecht- as well as Eisenbahnstraße leaves 8 min away.
Du wirst mit folgenden drei Mitbewohnis zusammenleben:
Tobi (27) studiert Mathe, spielt Tischtennis und Volleyball, macht gerne Musik und ist in diversen Tanzkursen unterwegs.
Vandad (34) besucht ein Studienkolleg und möchte Medieninformatik studieren. Er interessiert sich für Musik, Fotografie und Kunst.
Rebecca (29) hat Medizin studiert, tanzt öfter mal Zumba, probiert verschiedene vegane Rezepte aus und gärtnert gerne auf dem Balkon.
Wir sind eine freundliche Wohngemeinschaft, in der früher häufiger was zusammengemacht wurde, in letzter Zeit leider nicht so viel. Aber wir freuen uns darauf wieder mehr Zeit miteinander zu verbringen (z.B. bei einem Spiele- oder Kochabend).
Wichtig ist uns auf jeden Fall ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander. Sollte es mal ein Problem geben, finden wir gemeinsam eine Lösung.

Unsere Kontakte zur befreundeten Nachbar-WG und den anderen im Haus haben wir während der Pandemie leider ziemlich eingeschränkt. Aber an sich herrscht hier ein freundliches Miteinander und eine gegenseitige Hilfsbereitschaft.

You will be living with the following three roommates:
Tobi(27) studies math, plays Ping Pong and Volleyball, plays guitar and is taking 2 a couple of different dance classes at the university.
Vandad (34) is visiting Studienkolleg and wants to study Media Computer science. He enjoys music, photography and art.
Rebecca (29) studied medicine and loves to dance Zumba. She likes to try out new vegan recipes and work on the wg balcony garden.
We are a friendly flat that used to do a lot together, unfortunately recently not so much. But we’d be happy to do more stuff together soon (like play Board Games, or cooking together).
For us it‘s definitely important that we are considerate to each other and that we treat each other with respect.
We‘ll be happy to tell you more about us when we meet :)
During the pandemic, our contacts with the neighboring flatmates and the others in the house were unfortunately quite limited. But in general, there is a friendly atmosphere and mutual helpfulness.
Wenn du neugierig bist, schreib uns gerne eine Nachricht, in der du kurz etwas über dich und deine Vorstellung vom WG-Leben schreibst. Ab November(ggf. auch schon Ende Oktober) könntest du hier einziehen. Und falls du noch Fragen haben solltest, her damit!
Besichtigungen können mit Maske gerne persönlich stattfinden. Falls dir eine Online-Besichtigung lässt sich das natürlich auch einrichten :)
