Wir suchen ab Herbst liebe Menschen für ein gemeinschaftliches Leben mit Kindern in einer WG im Leipziger Süden (Connewitz) - Einzugsdatum ist flexibel. Unsere große, helle Wohnung (Altbau) ist teilsaniert und hat insgesamt 170 qm2 Fläche: 5 Zimmer plus Küche, Bad, WC, sehr großer Flur.
Zwei miteinander verbundene Zimmer sind in jedem Fall zu vermieten (24 und 14 qm2). Bzgl. eines dritten angrenzenden Zimmers (20 qm2) könnten wir besprechen, ob Interesse besteht, es gemeinschaftlich zu nutzen (z.B. als gemeinschaftliches Spielzimmer für die Kinder oder als Wohnzimmer). Entsprechend einigen wir uns dann auf den finalen Mietpreis.
Wir sind ein Paar (41 and 43 Jahre) und zwei kleine Kinder (2,5 und 0 Jahre). Bzgl. unserer neuen Mitbewohnerkonstellation sind wir offen, können uns aber insbes. auch noch jemand mit Kind(ern) vorstellen. International ist auch sehr willkommen (unsere Muttersprachen sind Deutsch und Italienisch, und wir sprechen z.T. Englisch miteinander).

We are looking for lovely people for living together in a shared apartment with children in the south of Leipzig (Connewitz) from autumn on (moving in date is flexible). Our large, bright flat is partially renovated and 170 qm2 big: 5 rooms plus kitchen, bathroom, toilet, very large corridor.
Two connected rooms are for rent (24 and 14 qm2). About a third adjacent room (20 qm2) we could talk if there is interest to use it communally (e.g., as a shared playroom for kids or as a living room). Correspondingly we will agree on the final rent.
We are a couple (41 and 43 years) and two small children (2,5 and 0 years). We are open regarding our new flatmate constellation. But we can especially imagine someone with a child (or children), too. International is also very welcome (our mother tongues are German and Italian, and we speak English with each other).
