ich fahre ab 22.2.24 für 1-2 Monate nach Marokko und würde in der Zeit meine Wohnung untervermieten. Ich weiß noch nicht genau, wie lange ich dort bleibe, weswegen das Enddatum flexibel ist.
Du würdest für 1-2 Monate zusammen mit meinen Mitbewohnis Onno (studiert Geographie) und Jara (macht Notfallsani-ausbildung) in unsere schönen WG im Erdgeschoss in Connewitz wohnen. Die Lage ist insbesondere für Studis, aber auch für alle anderen top: die Bahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, und man ist mit Rad/Bahn in 5 min an der HTWK und in 15 min an der Uni.
Miete wären 300€ warm, WLAN etc sind da schon drin
