Hello ihr, wir suchen ab April ein*e Mitbewohner*in für 1 Zimmer in einer
Hausgemeinschaft in Connewitz.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß, kostet alles in allem ca. 330€, hat Dielenboden, Stuck und teilsanierten Charme.
Geheizt wird noch mit Kohle oder Holz. Es gibt einen großen Balkon der gerne mitgestaltet werden kann.
Unser Haus steht in Connewitz in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, 1 Minute von Konsum, 3 Minuten von Haltestelle und nächstem Späti entfernt.
Hier leben Fabian (er/ihm), Raoul (er/ihm) und zeitweise Raouls Tochter und Freundin. Wir wohnen schon seit einer ganzen Weile zusammen, sind sehr zugänglich, aber nageln dich nicht auf einen WG-Abend fest.
Außer uns wohnen noch ca. 20 andere sehr nette Menschen im Haus. Wir treffen uns ab
und zu am Lagerfeuer oder in den Wohnungen und haben eine mehr oder weniger feste Plenumsstruktur ca.zwei Wochen, in denen wir Themen wie unsere Wohnsituation, gemeinsame
Arbeitseinsätze oder Veranstaltungsplanung besprechen.
Ansonsten haben wir einen schönen Garten, eine Feuerstelle im Hinterhof, einen Partykeller und das Trampolin müsstest du dir mit den Kids teilen.

Cute 3-person flat-sharing community in Connewitz is looking for flatmate
Hello you, we are looking for a roommate for 1 nice room in a shared house in Connewitz for the 1st of April.
The room is 18 sqm large, boarded floor, big windows and warming oven.
It is still heated with coal or wood. There is a big balcony and you are more than invited to help making it nice for springtime.
Our house is located in Connewitz in a quiet side street, 1 minute from Konsum, 3 minutes from the bus stop and the nearest Späti.
Fabian (he/him), Raoul (he/him)live here and part-time Raouls daughter and girlfriend. We have been living together for quite a while. We are approachable people, but we wont nail you down for board game night. We should give it a try though.
Besides us, there are about 20 other very nice people living in the house. We meet from time to time at the campfire or in the apartments and have a more or less fixed plenary structure about every two weeks, in which we discuss topics such as our housing situation, joint work assignments or event planning. Other than that we have a nice garden, a fire pit in the backyard, a party basement and you would have to share the trampoline with the kids.
