Die Wohnung liegt im südlichen Connewitz.
Bahn- und Bushaltestellen sind 2 bis 7 min Fußweg entfernt. Zum S-Bahnhof Connewitz läuft mensch max. 10 min. Es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte und Spätis in der nächsten Umgebung.
Der Leipziger Süden ist für seine Bars, Kneipen und Veranstaltungsorte bekannt. All das findest du in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem ist die HTWK nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Zieht es dich eher in die Natur, findest du viele kleine Parks im Viertel und der Leipziger Auenwald ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Leipziger Seenlandschaft ist auch nicht weit entfernt und gut mit dem Rad erreichbar. Bis zur Innenstadt dauert es 15 bis 20 min mit dem Rad oder der Straßenbahn. Auch der Leipziger Osten und Westen sind in 20 min mit dem Rad gut erreichbar.

The flat is located in the southern part of Leipzig Connewitz. You can reach every public transportation in 2 to 7 min walking. There are several supermarkets and late night kiosks in the near surrounding. The South of Leipzig is known for its bars, restaurants and event locations. All of them are close by. As well as you find the HTWK within 10 min distance by walking.
If you're more of a nature type of person you can reach the Leipzig city forest in 5 min walking and there are several small parks in the neighbourhood. Leipzig is also known for its many lakes. Some of them are close by and you can reach them within 20 min by bike. Also you can reach the city centre in 15 to 20 min by bike or tram. To the Western or Eastern part of the city it takes around 20 min by bike.

Wir teilen nicht nur unseren Lebensraum, sondern versuchen auch unseren Alltag zumindest teilweise gemeinsam zu gestalten. Dazu zählen bspw. gemeinsames kochen und Filme gucken.
Wir kommunizieren offen und ehrlich, um Missverständnissen und Konflikten keinen Nährboden zu geben. All das würden wir uns auch vom neuen Mitbewohni wünschen :))
Rauchen kannst du in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass in der Wohnung eine grundsätzliche Sauberkeit herrscht.
Wir sind eine vegetarische WG. Es ist okay wenn du in der Wohnung Fleisch und Fisch ist, aber wir wollen bitte nicht, dass es in unserer Küche zubereitet wird.

We don't just live together. We also try to share our daily life at least partial. That means for example cooking together or watching movies. We communicate openly and honestly to avoid conflicts.
For our new flatmate we wish for a person who's interested in a communal living as well :))
You can smoke in the kitchen and on the balcony.
It's important to us that the flat stays in an basic order and clean.
We are a vegetarian flat. It's okay for us if you eat meat or fish in our flat but we don't want it to be cooked in our kitchen, please.

Ich heiße Fiona und studiere an der HTWK Architektur. Ab Anfang Februar gehe ich ins Ausland zum studieren. Deshalb suche ich nach einer Person zur Untermiete. Geplant sind zwei Semester, aber da die Bewerbung für das folgende Wintersemester jetzt erst raus geht, ist das noch nicht ganz sicher. Ab spätestens Mai sollte ich Bescheid wissen, wann ich tatsächlich wiederkomme.

Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin heißt Mili, ist 24 Jahre alt und macht seit letztem Jahr eine Ausbildung zur Köchin. Da diese sehr anstrengenden ist, ist es ihr wichtig zu Hause Ruhe und Erholung zu finden. Das heißt aber nicht, dass sie nicht gerne ausgeht und daran interessiert ist, dich kennenzulernen. Im nächsten Jahr wird sie ihre Ausbildung beenden. Wie es danach für sie weitergeht, steht noch nicht ganz fest.

My name is Fiona and I'm studying Architecture at HTWK. In February I'm gonna go abroad to continue my studies there. That's why I'm searching for a subtenant now. My plan is to come back after two semesters, but since I'm just doing the application for the following winter semester now, I'm not sure yet when I'll come back. Latest in May I should know for sure.

Your future flatmate Mili is 24 years old and is doing the professional studies to become a chef since last year. Since it's a really exhausting studies it's important to hear to find rest at home. But of course she also likes to go out and is curious to get to know you a bit better ;)
She's gonna finish her studies next year but it's still a bit unclear what comes after that.
