Unsere Wohnung hat drei Zimmer und das angebotene Zimmer hat ca. 15qm.
Ich selbst habe meinen Hauptwohnsitz in Berlin und bin nur 1-2 Nächte (hauptsächlich Mo-Mi) die Woche in Leipzig, den Rest der Woche steht das Zimmer also leer. Daher würde es sich sehr gut anbieten, wenn du selbst nach Leipzig pendelst und das Zimmer ebenfalls nur für einige wenige Übernachtungen die Woche benötigst.
Es ist bislang sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, das muss aber in keinem Fall so bleiben. Der Kleiderschrank bietet recht viel Platz, um da auch ein paar Sachen zu lassen, damit man diese nicht jede Woche aufs Neue mit nehmen muss.
Our apartment has three rooms and the offered room has about 15sqm.
I myself have my main residence in Berlin and am only 1-2 nights (mainly Monday to Wednesday) a week in Leipzig, the rest of the week the room is empty. Therefore, it would be only suitable if you commute to Leipzig and also need the room only for a few nights a week.
It is very sporadically furnished so far, but that does not have to stay that way in any case. The closet offers quite a lot of space to leave a few things there, so you do not have to take them every week anew.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Connewitzer Kreuz entfernt. Neben der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, wo auch einige Busse fahren, ist hier ebenfalls ein Rewe. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe und auch Restaurants und Bars sind nicht weit entfernt. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es etwa 20 Minuten mit der Bahn.
Mit mir in der WG wohnen noch Doria und Peer. Die beiden pendeln ebenfalls - Doria ist meistens unter der Woche da und Peer nur zwei Nächte die Woche. Doria macht gerade ihre Ausbildung beim MDR, Peer und ich arbeiten beide an der Uni. Da wir alle berufstätig sind und nicht so viele Nächte in Leipzig haben wir kein intensives WG-Leben, aber wir verstehen uns alle gut und verbringen auch mal einen Abend in der kleinen Küche.
Wir suchen eine Person, die längerfristig mit uns in der WG wohnt.
