Die Wohnung besitzt ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit West-Ausrichtung und zum Innenhof gelegen. Darüberhinaus kannst du auch noch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer (ca. 18 Quadratmeter) mit großer Süd-Fensterfront nutzen. Eine kleine, schicke Küche und ein Bad gibt es natürlich auch noch 😉

Der Preis bezieht sich auf den kompletten Zeitraum (11.03 - 24.04.2024). Je nach Vereinbarung kannst Du auch etwas später ein- bzw. früher ausziehen.
Zentral gelegen im Zentrum Nord - 10 Min. zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und wenige Minuten von der Michaeliskirche, Zoo, Rosenthal, Supermärkte, bzw. öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt.
BITTE BEACHTEN: Das zusätzliche Gästezimmer wird sehr sporadisch von einem BMW Mitarbeiter genutzt, der allerdings so gut wie nie da ist und ist für dich/euch nicht nutzbar.
