Für die Zeit meines Auslandssemester suche ich einen Zwischenmieter oder eine Zwischenmieterin für mein Zimmer.
Es handelte sich um eine ordentliche WG.
Der Mitbewohner ist Student und 22 Jahre alt.
6min zu Fuß zum ÖPNV, da fahren sowohl S-Bahnen (1 Haltestelle bis HBF) sowie die Tram Linie 12.
Man ist also sehr schnell im Zentrum.
Ansonsten ruhige Lage in einem schönen Altbauviertel.
Wohnzimmer kann immer genutzt werden und verfügt auch über Zugänge zu sky, netflix, disney+ und prime sowie eine WiiU.
Im Preis von 500€ sind auch alle sämtlichen Nebenkosten enthalten sowie Strom enthalten.
