I (f/23) am going to Lyon for a 2-month internship abroad. That's why I'm looking for an interim tenant. My furnished room is in a 5-person shared apartment in South Gohlis. It's very quiet in the district and in the shared apartment, but you can still usually find people in the kitchen who want to have a chat :)
The most beautiful thing is the view from my room of the Gohliser Castle, the green driveway and the garden. The rooms are all very large and have high ceilings. The 2 bathrooms also have windows and are nice and bright. I feel very comfortable here and I hope you will too!
I didn't know the exact size of the apartment haha, it's best to see for yourself (but it's very spacious)!
I would prefer to have a FLINTA* person as a sublet, but I'm also open to other people :)

Ich (w/23) gehe für ein 2-monatiges Auslandspraktikum nach Lyon. Deswegen suche ich ein*e Zwischenmieter*in. Mein möbliertes Zimmer befindet sich in einer 5er-Zweck-WG in Süd-Gohlis. Im Stadtteil und in der WG ist es sehr ruhig, trotzdem trifft man in der Küche meistens Leute an, die Lust auf ein Gespräch haben:)
Das schönste ist der Ausblick von meinem Zimmer auf das Gohliser Schlösschen, die grüne Einfahrt und der Garten. Die Räume sind alle sehr groß und haben hohe Decken. Auch die 2 Bäder haben Fenster und sind schön hell. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl und ich hoffe, du wirst es auch!
Die genaue Wohnungsgröße wusste ich nicht genau haha, mach dir am besten selbst ein Bild (es ist aber sehr geräumig)!
Am liebsten hätte ich eine FLINTA*-Person als Zwischenmiete, aber tendentiell bin ich auch für andere Personen offen:)
Also schreibt mir gerne und dann machen wir einen Termin aus (wenn du willst auch online)!
The location is very good. The 4/4E and the 12 stop 5 minutes away. The Gohlis S-Bahn station is fifteen minutes away. The Rewe is 10 minutes away. The district is very green and quiet. There are many old buildings and the rose valley! Next door is the Gohliser Schlösschen, where you can have a coffee or attend events. There are also bakers, flower shops, an organic shop, a natural drugstore and restaurants on the neighboring Gohliser Street (La Che is recommended).
Die Lage ist sehr gut. 5 Minuten entfernt halten die 4/4E und die 12. Fünfzehn Minuten entfernt ist der S-Bahnhof Gohlis. Der Rewe ist 10 Minuten entfernt Das Viertel ist sehr grün und ruhig. Es gibt viele Altbauten und das Rosental! Nebenan liegt das Gohliser Schlösschen, wo man einen Kaffee trinken kann oder Veranstaltungen besuchen kann. Es gibt auf der benachbarten Gohliser-Straße auch Bäcker, Blumenläden, einen Bioladen, Natur-Drogerie und Restaurants (das La Che ist zu empfehlen).
It is a quiet shared apartment. Nevertheless, I often have very nice conversations with my roommates!
Es ist eine ruhige Zweck-WG. Trotzdem habe ich oft sehr nette Gespräche mit meinen Mitbwohnern!
