Das Zimmer wird vom Studentenwerk Leipzig vermietet und ist komplett möbiliert. Du würdest gemeinsam mit einer anderen weiblichen Person eine 2er WG bilden, da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin auch zum Ende des Semesters ausziehen wird. Da die Fensterfront Richtung Westen zeigt, kannst du dir abends einen tollen Sonnenuntergang anschauen und dir scheint morgens nicht gleich die Sonne ins Gesicht. Also vorteilhaft für Langschläfer;)
Die WG ist ansonsten recht schlicht eingerichtet, ist aber alles da, was man zum Leben braucht.
Fahrstuhl, Fahrradkeller, Gym und Waschmaschinenraum sind jederzeit frei nutzbar.
Großer Vorteil: Du zahlst monatlich einen Pauschalpreis von 205€ (ab Juni 230€), du musst dir also keine Sorge um Nebenkosten machen

The room is provided by the Studentenwerk Leipzig and is fully furnished. You will live together with another female student, since my current roommate will also move out at the end of the semester. The window front faces west, you can watch a great sunset in the evening and the sun doesn't shine in your face first thing in the morning. So advantageous for late risers ;)
The WG is otherwise quite simply furnished, but there is everything you are gonna need.
Elevator, bike cellar, gym and laundry room are free to use at any time.
Big advantage: You pay a monthly flat rate of 205€ (from June 230€), so you don't have to worry about extra costs.
Grünau liegt zwar nicht gerade zentral, befindet sich aber wortwörtlich im Grünen. Zum Kulkwitzer See sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 15 Minuten. In die Szeneviertel Lindenau und Plagwitz brauchst du auch nur 10 Minuten. REWE und Netto liegen quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Wenn du schnell in die Innenstadt kommen möchtest, bringt dich die S-Bahn bequem in unter 20 Minuten hin. Weitere Haltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Grünau is not exactly centrally located, but it is literally green around. Lake Kulkwitz is only 15 minutes away by bike. The trendy districts of Lindenau and Plagwitz are also only 10 minutes away. REWE and Netto are right on your doorstep. If you want to get to the city center quickly, the S-Bahn will take you there comfortably in less than 20 minutes. Other stops are located in the immediate vicinity.

Da das Zimmer vom Studentenwerk Leipzig vermietet wird, müsstest du also zum Einzug offiziell an der Uni Leipzig, der HTWK, Hochschule für Musik und Theater/Grafik und Buchkunst, HHL Leipzig, BA Sachsen oder iba Leipzig immatrikuliert sein. Du würdest als meine Nachmieterin eingesetzt werden und meinen Vertrag zunächst bis 30.09.2023 übernehmen können. Dir steht es frei diesen zu verlängern.
Um als Nachmieter in Frage zu kommen musst du dich parallel auch online beim Studentenwerk bewerben (https://www.studentenwerk-leipzig.de/wohnen/neubewerber).

Since the room is provided by the Studentenwerk Leipzig, you would have to be officially enrolled at the University of Leipzig, "HTWK", "Hochschule für Musik und Theater/Grafik und Buchkunst", "HHL Leipzig", "BA Sachsen" or "iba Leipzig" to move in. You would be appointed as next tenant and would be able to take over my contract initially until 30.09.2023. You are free to extend it.
