The shared apartment is located in the southeast of Leipzig, just a five-minute walk from Bayrischer Bahnhof and 10 minutes by bike from the city center or Karli. There are many shopping and dining options in the immediate vicinity.

Ich bin Tierarzt von Beruf und pendle zwischen Leipzig und Potsdam. Da ich höchstens zwei Wochen im Monat in Leipzig bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in meiner 2-Raum-Wohnung befristet. Wenn ich in Leipzig bin, schlafe ich immer gerne auf der Couch, sodass du dein eigenes Zimmer hast. Ich arbeite jeden Tag sehr lange, auch manchmal am Wochenende. Also, du kannst deine Ruhe in der Wohnung oder in dein Zimmer echt genießen.
Gerne können wir gemeinsam kochen, essen und quatschen, aber auch Ruhe und Privatsphäre werden natürlich respektiert.

I am a veterinarian who commutes between Leipzig and Potsdam. As I am only in Leipzig for a maximum of two weeks per month, I am renting out my room in my 2-room apartment on a temporary basis. When I am in Leipzig, I always prefer to sleep on the couch, so you will have your own room. I work very long hours every day, sometimes even on weekends. So, you can really enjoy your peace and quiet in the apartment or in your own room.
