Das Zimmer ist 18m2 und hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Der Boden, die Tür und die Türrahmen sind alte schöne helle Holz. Das Zimmer kommt unmöbliert. Es hat 2 Fenster und ist nach Nord-Osten ausgerichtet, so dass man Morgensonne bekommt und eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf grüne Bäume hat. Allerdings ist es zur Wurzner Straße hin ausgerichtet, was laut sein kann.
Die Küche ist nach Süd-West ausgerichtet und ist super warm und einfach ein toller Ort zum chiiiiiiiilllll :)
Über der Pracht Bar und die Straßenbahn (7) ist direkt vor der Wohnung, super praktisch. Das ganze Gebäude ist voll von netten jungen Leuten, die immer sehr hilfsbereit sind und manchmal Partys schmeißen :)
****Simon**** ist Geograf und genießt derzeit das Leben, arbeitet ehrenamtlich und überlegt, was als Nächstes in seinem Lebensabschnitt ansteht. Die meiste Zeit ist er mit Gartenarbeit beschäftigt, macht Musik, kocht leckeres Essen, beobachtet Bienen auf unserem Pflanzenbalkon und ist dann auf irgendeiner Veranstaltung mit Bier in der Hand zu finden.
****Matt**** ist ein quirliger, lustiger, lebensverbessernder Mensch, der leider Ende Juli auszieht :(
****Hella**** (kommt im Juni 2025 zurück): Eine sorbische Malerin, lustig, voller LEBEN und Verve! Immer bereit für ein langes Gespräch, Kichern und ein interessantes Ereignis irgendwo zufällig!
Die Wohnung ist wie eine Familie, sehr sozial! Es gibt KEINEN Hund in der Wohnung, er ist mein Hund, aber er zieht aus.
Room:
The room is 18m2 and has a very nice atmosphere. The floor, door and doorframes are old beautiful light wood. The room comes unfurnished. It has 2 windows and is pointing Nort-East, so you get morning sun.The view is VERY nice over green trees. However, it is facing Wurzner strasse which can be quite loud.
The kitchen is facing South-West and is super warm and just a great place to chiiiiiiiilllll! :)
Location:
Above Pracht bar (but on the 4th floor so you never hear it). The tram (7) is just outside the flat, super handy. The whole builing is full of lovely young people who always are very helpful and sometimes throw parties :)
Flatmates:
****Simon**** is a geographer and is currently enjoyng life, volunteering and figuring out whats next in the chapter of life. Most of the time he is gardening, making sick music, making delicious foods, watching bees on our plant balcony, and then can be found at some event with beer in hand.
****Matt**** is a bubbly funny life improving human, sadly moving out end of July :(
****Hella**** (coming back in June 2025): A Sorbian painter, funny full of LIFE and verva! Always up for a long chat, giggles and an interesting event somewhere random!
The flat is like a family, very social! There is NO dog in the flat, he is my dog but he is moving out.
