Ich 39 biete ein großes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Momentan ist das Zimmer möbliert. Je nachdem was gesucht wird könnten einige Möbeln entfernt werden. Es handelt sich um eine 3-Raum Wohnung im Zentrum Nähe Gottschedstraße. Wegen neuer Arbeitstelle in einer anderen Stadt, wird die Wohnung unter der Woche nicht bewohnt. Die zwei andere Zimmer (von mir und meinem Sohn 9 Jahre) stehen nicht zur Verfügung und werden möglicherweise am Wochenenende von uns benutzt. Alle gemeinsame Flächen (Küche, Bad, Flur) können benutzt werden und sind im Anhang zu sehen. Trotz der zentralen Lage sind gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Ideal wäre für mich einen Pendler, der in Leipzig eine Bleibe braucht. Student ist auch möglich je nach Profil.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Gottschedstraße. Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist vor der Haustür.
Ich wohne momentan alleine. Mein Sohn ist bei mir alle 2 Wochenende. Durch eine neue Arbeit in einer anderen Stadt suche ich nach einem Mitbewohner.
