Die Wohnung zeichnet sich vorallem durch ihre Gemeinschaftsräume aus: Im Sommer kann man gemütlich auf der Loggia sitzen und sich zum Früh- oder Spätstück im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer treffen. Die Küche bietet genug Platz zum Kochen und enthält eine Mikrowelle, einen Ofen, einen Herd, eine Geschirrspül- sowie Waschmaschine. Für Stauraum ist durch eine Vorratskammer gesorgt.
Dein Zimmer wäre 16 m² groß. Es beinhaltet Bett, Kommode, Bücherregal, Magnettafel, Schreibtisch sowie Schreibtischstuhl.

The apartment is on the second floor and has three rooms plus kitchen, bathroom and a Loggia. The apartment is characterized by ist common romms: In summer you can sit comfortably on the Loggia and you can meet for breakfast or late breakfast in the common living room. The kitchen has enough space for cooking and contains a microwave, an oven, a stove a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Your room would be 16 m² big. It includes a bed, chest of drawers, a bookshelf, a magnetic board, a desk and a desk chair.
Overall, the apartment is very cozy and friendly, which invites you to linger.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, gegenüber des MDR-Geländes und in der Nähe der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. In zehn Minuten (zu Fuß) erreichst du den S-Bahnhof MDR sowie die Busstation und Tram. Fünf Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Aldi (in der Arthur-Hoffmann-Straße), kaufst du lieber bei Rewe ein, erreichst du diesen in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Der Uni kann bequem und in ein paar Minuten mit der SBahn, dem Bus (Linie 60) oder der Tram (Linie 9) erreicht werden. Fährst du lieber Fahhrad, erreichst du die Uni in 15 Minuten.
The apartment is located in Südvorstadt, opposite the MDR and near Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. In ten minutes (on foot) you can reach the S-Bahn Station MDR as well as the bus and tram station. There is an Aldi five minutes away (in Arthur-Hoffmann-Straße), if you prefer to shop at Rewe, you can reach it in 10 minutes by bike. The university can be reached comfortably and in a few minutes by SBahn, bus (line 60) or tram (Linie 9). If you prefer to ride a bike, you can reach the university in 15 minutes.

Du würdest mit Nina (28) zusammenwohnen, einer quirligen Germanistikstudentin, die auch gerne mal Couchsurfer im Haus hat, das Zusammensitzen bei Wein und guten Gesprächen liebt und nicht viel von einer Zweck-WG hält.
