Direkt vor der Tür ist der Adler, eine bekannte Kreuzung im Stadtteil Kleinzschocher inklusive Tramhaltestelle. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten Laufweite zu erreichen und es gibt auch 2-3 nette kleine Restaurants. Wer mehr Auswahl möchte, ist mit dem Fahrrad zudem schnell in der Karl-Heine-Straße oder in Plagwitz, wo es viel zu sehen und zu erleben gibt. Falls du gerne Sport machst, ist die Boulderhalle Kosmos direkt um die Ecke und der Volkspark Kleinzschocher und Auwald sind gut zu erreichen.

Right in front of the door is the Adler, a well-known intersection in the district Kleinzschocher which includes a tram stop. Several supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance and there are also 2-3 nice little restaurants. Moreover, if you want more choice, you can quickly cycle to Karl-Heine-Straße or Plagwitz, where there is plenty to see and to do. If you like sports, the boulder hall Kosmos is just around the corner and the Volkspark Kleinzschocher and Auwald are easy to reach.

Du wirst mit Matteo und Luca zusammenwohnen. Jan, der ausgehende Mieter, zieht für sein Referendariat nach Dresden. Matteo kommt aus San-Marino und promoviert in Mathematik am Max-Planck-Institut in Leipzig. In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne laufen, kocht sehr gerne und freut sich, die elektronische Musikkultur in Leipzig kennenzulernen und sein Interesse am Salsatanz zu pflegen.
Luca promoviert in Wirtschaftsethik in Vechta in Niedersachsen und ist vor 2 Jahren nach Leipzig gezogen, da sein Job komplett aus Home Office besteht. Er geht ebenfalls ab und zu laufen, liebt Brett- und Videospiele mit Freunden sowie gute Bücher, und träumt von Berg- und Trekkingtouren im Sommer.

You will be living with Matteo and Luca. Konstantino the outgoing tenant, will be moving to Dresden to become a lawyer. Matteo is from San-Marino and is doing his PhD in mathematics at the Max Planck Institute in Leipzig. In his free time, he enjoys running, cooking, and looks forward to exploring Leipzig's electronic music culture and cultivating his interest in Salsa dancing.
Luca is doing his PhD in business ethics in the city of Vechta in Lower Saxony and moved to Leipzig 2 years ago because his job consists almost entirely of home office. He also goes running from time to time, loves board and video games with friends as well as good books, and dreams of mountain and trekking tours in summer.

Das Zusammenleben ist generell sehr angenehm und entspannt. Wir spielen gerne Brettspiele und gehen ab und an zusammen in eine Bar, Feiern oder Bouldern.
Was uns außerdem wichtig wäre, ist eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit bei Problemen und ein gewisses Verantwortungsgefühl bei Ordnung, also nichts Außergewöhnliches. Wir freuen uns natürlich, wenn wir ab und zu gemeinsam Dinge unternehmen können, aber es ist selbstverständlich okay, wenn du Zeit für dich verbringen willst. Ansonsten konkrete Erwartungen mit, welche Art Mitbewohner(in) wir suchen außer, dass es vom Gefühl her für dich und für uns gut passen sollte. We generally get along very well and I would describe the overall atmosphere as relaxed. We like to play board games and go bouldering from time to time, or visit the Leipzig nightlife.
Otherwise, what would be important to us are good communication skills in case of problems and a sense of responsibility for keeping the communal spaces clean, so nothing out of the ordinary. We are of course happy if you have an interest in doing things together from time to time, but it is of course okay if you want to spend time for yourself. Aside from that, there is no specific type of roommate we are looking for, except that you and we should have a good feeling about living together.
