Schoenes helles 15qm Zimmer auf der Georg-Schwarz-Strasse in Leutzsch

Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten (Leutzscher Arkaden mit REWE, Penny und Rossmann) und Tamstation (Pfingstweide) sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu fuß zu erreichen.
Von hier bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt man etwa 25 Minuten mit der Tram und etwa genauso lange mit dem Fahrrad.
Wenn man mal etwas frische Luft braucht, kann man easy in den Leipziger Auwald spazieren, welcher wunderschön und sehr ruhig ist.
Die Parksituation würde ich als gut beschreiben, man findet immer etwas im Umkreis von etwa 300m.
Pizza, Döner, nen Spaeti, asiatische Küche und ein gutes russisches Restaurant gibt es auch an den Leutzscher Arkaden.

Shopping options (Leutzscher Arkaden with REWE, Penny, and Rossmann) and the tram station (Pfingstweide) are less than a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the main train station by tram and about the same time by bike. If you need some fresh air, you can easily take a walk in the beautiful and quiet Leipziger Auwald. The parking situation is good, as you can always find a spot within about 300 meters. Additionally, there are pizza, kebab, convenience stores, Asian cuisine, and a good Russian restaurant at the Leutzscher Arkaden.

Du würdest dann nur mit mir zusammenleben. Mir kommt es in erster Linie darauf an, friedlich, harmonisch und respektvoll zusammen zu leben und dass etwa das gleiche Verständnis von Sauberkeit vorherrscht. Alles mehr wäre natürlich schön, aber ist auch kein muss...
Paar Zeilen zu mir:
Ich bin 34 Jahre alt, lebe nun seit 3 Jahren in Leipzig und bin sehr zufrieden hier. Ich arbeite derzeit hauptsächlich im Home Office, dass kann sich jedoch auch schnell ändern und sein, dass ich unter der Woche auch mal auf Montage bin. Vorerst aber Home Office.
Ich würde mich als sehr umgänglichen, gut gelaunten Mitbewohner bezeichnen. Hätte auch nichts dagegen hin und wieder mal zusammen zu kochen oder ein Bierchen auf der Georg- Schwarz- Straße trinken zu gehen.
Ich bin ein musikalischer Typ der gerne mal Musik hört und auch mal mitsingt. Kann es aber natürlich auch respektieren, wenn jemensch seine Ruhe braucht!

You would only live with me then. My main concern is living together peacefully, harmoniously, and respectfully, and having a similar understanding of cleanliness would be great. Anything more would be nice, but not necessary.

A few lines about me:
I am 34 years old, have been living in Leipzig for 3 years, and I'm very happy here. Currently, I mostly work from home, but that might change, and I might have to travel for work during the week.

For now, it's all about the home office.
I consider myself a very easygoing and cheerful roommate. I wouldn't mind cooking together or grabbing a beer on Georg-Schwarz-Strasse occasionally.

I am a musical person who enjoys listening to music and sometimes singing along. However, I can also respect someone's need for peace and quiet.

Wichtig ist noch zu wissen, dass ich nicht der Hauptmieter bin. Die Zimmer werden einzeln vermietet. An den Vermieter sind 375 Euro zu überweisen, was Kaltmiete, Wasser und Gas (Heizung) abdeckt. Dazu kommen noch Strom, Internet und GEZ was wir uns dann untereinander teilen müssen. Alles zusammen sind das dann etwa 420 Euro fuer das ZImmer.
Die Kaution beträgt 700 Euro.
Im Mietvertrag steht dass in dieser Wohnung Rauchverbot ist. Mir persönlich ist das aber egal was du in deinem Zimmer machst, solange es im Zimmer ist.

Also wenn du Interesse an der Wohnung hast, dann schreib mir einfach ein paar Zeilen über dich und wenn's passt machen wir ein Besichtigung aus.
Bin vom 06.-14.08 nicht in Leipzig. Erste Besichtigungen würde ich dann nach diesem Zeitraum organisieren.

Important to know is that I am not the main tenant. The rooms are rented out individually. The rent to be paid to the landlord is 375 Euros, which includes the basic rent, water, and gas (heating). Additionally, we need to share the costs for electricity, internet, and broadcasting fees (GEZ) among ourselves. All in all it'll be around 420 Euros.

The deposit is 700 Euros.

In the rental agreement, it states that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. However, for me personally, I don't mind what you do in your room as long as it stays in your room.
