The room ist 18 sqm and rather bright. There is a cupboard in it, which I'd like to leave there. If you need furniture, I think I can help out with most of them. People with light sleep might not appreciate that it is toward the street, but I always slept well in it.
The apartment has a big kitchen, a bathroom which includes a washing machine and a bath tub (as well as daylight...) and a rather spacious hallway.
The neighbors are friendly and usually quiet. Animals are welcome!
Leutzsch is nearly suburban, but Lindenau isn't far off and if you are into riding your bike, it's rather nice. There are shops near, also Tram and S-Bahn and it's about 10 min by foot into a very nice part of the Auwald.
You will live with Ali, 26, into political research, he is a friendly and pleasantly open minded person. A friendly and similarly open minded flat mate would be good, who also likes things rather on the clean side.
I'd be grateful if you treat my home with care.
- Interne we have, but it isn't that good.
- There is no dishwasher. Yes, I pity that as well.
- I used to have a rather hairy dog. We did quite some cleaning, but you most probably find some dog hair still. I think, I will find some still in 50 years...
- We find racists and sexists and other shitheads unagreeable!
