ich würde das zweite zimmer in meiner dreiraumwohnung wochenweise vermieten. es gibt im zimmer eine matratze mit lattenrost, ein tisch, ein stuhl, ein kleines regal..... nicht viel aber für kurze aufenthalte oder wenn man viel unterwegs ist, dann reicht das ja :) die anderen räume können natürlich auch mitbenutzt werden ( da wäre noch küche, bad, balkon, ein kleines wohnzimmer).... und dann geht das denke ich :)
mir wäre nur wichtig , dass man ein bisschen wert auf ordnung, sauberkeit und überhaupt nett umgeht mit der wohnung und ihrem inhalt.
