here, a room of approximately 19 m² can be rented in a freshly renovated apartment. The room has two windows and a practical square floor plan.
In addition to the room, you have access to the kitchen with a washing machine and the freshly renovated bathroom.
Die Lage ist sehr gut - Leipzig Lindenau ist bei Studenten ein sehr beliebter Stadtteil! Eine Bus- und Straßenbahnverbindung ist fußläufig in 1 Minute zu erreichen - bis zum Universitätshauptgebäude sind es 20 Minuten (direkt ohne Umsteigen zu erreichen), bis zum Hauptbahnhof 15 Minuten. Außerdem befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Haus ein Supermarkt, was das Einkaufen und Tragen sehr angenehm macht. Solltest du abends gerne ausgehen, ist auch dafür bestens gesorgt: Die GutsMuthsstraße endet in der Karl-Heine-Straße, einer beliebten Ausgehmeile in Leipzig.

The location is very good - Leipzig Lindenau is a highly popular district among students! A bus and tram connection can be reached on foot in 1 minute - it takes about 20 minutes to reach the main university building (directly without changing), to the central station about 15 minutes. Additionally, there is a supermarket directly across from the house, making shopping and carrying items very convenient. If you like to go out in the evening, that is well taken care of as well: GutsMuthsstraße leads to Karl-Heine-Straße, a popular entertainment street in Leipzig.
Die Wohnung wird nach einer längeren Vermietung vollständig renoviert. 2 Zimmer sind bereits vermietet. Dort werden Heike (25, macht gerade Ihr Referendariat) und Anne (20, studiert an der Uni Lehramt) einziehen. Sollte Euch das Zimmer zusagen, könnt Ihr euch natürlich vorab einmal kennenlernen. :)
