Helles 16 qm Zimmer - Balkon, zentral und ruhig

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt zwischen Kaufland und Konsum. Zur Haltestelle Lindenauer Markt läufst du ca. 2 Minuten und hier fahren dann die Linien 7,8 und 15 und der Bus 74. Ab der Angerbrücke, die auch nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, fahren noch mehr Linien.
Zum Bahnhof, ins Zentrum und zur Uni braucht man mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten, in den Süden ist es mit dem Bus 74 auch nicht weit.
Ganz nah sind der Palmgarten, der Clara Park und die Elster, an der man wunderbar laufen oder radfahren kann.

Zu Fuß kannst du hier alles erreichen, diverse kleine Kinos, das Neue Schauspiel, die Schaubühne, die Karl-Heine-Straße mit diversen Bars ist auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is located directly between Kaufland and Konsum. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to Lindenauer Markt, where you can take the lines 7, 8 and 15 and bus 74. More lines run from Angerbrücke, which is also only a 4-minute walk away.
It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the central station, the city center and the university by train or bike, and it's not far to the south by bus 74 either.
The Palmgarten, the Clara Park and the Elster, where you can walk or cycle, are very close by.

You can reach everything on foot here, various small cinemas, the Neues Schauspiel, the Schaubühne, the Karl-Heine-Straße with various bars is only 10 minutes away.

Da meine Mitbewohnerin bald zu ihrem Partner zieht, suche ich (Elisa, 22 Jahre und Psychologie-Studentin im 2. Semester) eine FLINTA*, die Lust hat, sich mit mir auf dem Balkon die Sonne ins Gesicht scheinen zu lassen und sich abends bei einer Tasse Tee (oder einem Glas Wein) über das Leben, das Universum und den ganzen Rest zu unterhalten. Wenn nicht gerade Klausurenphase ist, bin ich neben der Uni gern mit Freunden unterwegs, verbringe Zeit im Park, in Bars und hin und wieder im Club. Je nach Laune versuche ich mich an der Ukulele, verliere mich in einem guten Buch und gelegentlich packt mich das Häkel-Fieber (falls Du also eine neue Mütze oder ein Stirnband gebrauchen kannst…)

Der schon mehrfach erwähnte Balkon ist im Sommer dank meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin wunderbar grün. Ich selbst war bis vor kurzem eher Kakteen-Mutti, arbeite aber gerade an meinem grünen Daumen. Gemeinsam schaffen wir es bestimmt, dass es auf dem Balkon (und in der Wohnung) auch weiterhin grünt und blüht.
Ich ernähre mich vegetarisch mit veganen Tendenzen und koche oder backe gerade in Stressphasen gern (andere nennen es Prokrastination, ich nenne es lieber kulinarische Produktivität). Auch gemeinsam kochen macht in der geräumigen Küche viel Spaß.

Schön fände ich, wenn das Leben in der WG nicht zur reinen Zweck-Gemeinschaft mutiert. Der ein oder andere spät abendliche Deep-Talk auf der Küchen-Couch wirkt Wunder für die Seele. Wenn Du aber Deine Ruhe haben möchtest, ist das natürlich völlig in Ordnung.

Bisher hat in der WG auch ein blinder Kater gewohnt, der leider mit meiner Mitbewohnerin auszieht. Ich spiele zumindest mit dem Gedanken, eventuell in der Zukunft wieder ein Tier zu adoptieren. Es wäre also toll, wenn Du ein Herz für Tiere und keine Allergien hast. Hunde sind in der Wohnung leider nicht erlaubt.

Since my roommate is moving in with her partner soon, I (Elisa, 22 years old, psychology student) am looking for a FLINTA* who would like to enjoy the sunshine on our balcony and have a cup of tea (or a glass of wine) in the evening to talk about life, the universe and everything. When it's not the time around exams, I like to be out and about with friends, spending time in the park, in bars and occasionally in a club. Depending on my mood, I try my hand at the ukulele, lose myself in a good book and occasionally crochet (so if you need a new hat or headband…)

The balcony I have already mentioned is wonderfully green in the summer thanks to my lovely roommate. Until recently, I was more of a cactus person, but I'm currently working on my green thumb. Together we will definitely make sure that plants continues to grow and bloom on the balcony (and in the apartment).
I eat vegetarian with vegan tendencies and I like to cook or bake, especially in times of stress (some call it procrastination, I prefer to call it culinary productivity). Cooking together is also a lot of fun in the spacious kitchen.

It would be nice if life in the flat didn't mutate into a purely functional living arrangement. Some late-evening deep talk on the kitchen couch works wonders for the soul once in a while. But if you would rather be left alone, that's completely fine of course.

So far, a blind cat has also lived in the flat, but unfortunately he is moving out with my roommate. I'm vaguely toying with the idea of ​​possibly adopting another animal in the future. So it would be great if you have a heart for animals and no allergies. Unfortunately dogs aren’t allowed in the flat.

Sonst ist in der Wohnung fast alles vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc.). Es gibt einen Keller und einen Abstellraum auf halber Treppe.
Es wäre mir wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich ist - nicht das "vom Boden-Essen" sauber, aber zumindest dieses Kram weg räumen und einmal die Woche das Bad putzen sauber.

Miete beinhaltet die Warmmiete, Strom und Internet.

The apartment has almost everything it needs (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). There is a cellar and a storage room halfway up the stairs.
It would be important to me that the apartment is clean and tidy - not the "food from the floor" kind of clean, but at least the kind where everyone clears away their stuff and the bathroom ist cleaned once a week.

Rent includes extra costs, electricity and internet.
