2 Monate Zwischenmiete in Lindenau

Die nächste Tram Haltestelle ist 250m entfernt, von dort aus fährt die 8 (von Grünau einmal durch die ganze Stadt über den Bahnhof bis in den Nordosten) und die 15 (von Miltitz bis nach Südosten). Die nächste S-Bahn Station ist auch nur knappe 500m entfernt.

In Laufweite gibt es Kaufland, Edeka, "Im Angebot" und Netto. Außerdem, 3 Bioläden und mehrere Bäcker (sehr leckere Brötchen gibt es sogar schon Gegenüber im Mini-Supermarkt). In 2 Minuten bist du unten am Kanal, zur Karl-Heine Straße, wo mehrere Essgelegenheiten zu finden sind, sind es auch nur 7-10 Minuten. Im 15 Minuten Gehradius sind auch 2 Theater (oder mehr?), ein Kino, mehrere Ausstellungs- und Konzerträume.

The next tram stop is only 250m away. From there you can board on Number 8 and 15. Both bring you into the city centre and to the main station.
There are several supermarkets within a 7-15 minutes radius. Additionally to conventional supermarkets there are some organic shops and cooperatives. We live directly next to the canal and only a few minutes away from the Karl-Heine Straße, on which you can find several restaurants, cafés and bars. Furthermore, there are 2 theatres, a cinema and several exhibition and concert locations.

Die WG ist im Moment eher spärlich besetzt, für die Hinterbliebenen suchen wir nach einer freundlichen und rücksichtsvollen Person. Ganz sicher ist vor allem einer meiner Mitbewohner über den Zeitraum da und ein zweiter ab Anfang August. Tendenziell sind alle an gemeinsamen Zusammenleben (kochen, quatschen, mal zum See fahren) interessiert, aber auch oft beschäftigt und unterwegs.
Als WG eint uns unsere Unruhe gegenüber sächsischen (und weltweiten) Zuständen und die Motivation dem nicht tatenlos gegenüber zu stehen. Für ein gutes Zusammenleben ist es sicherlich nicht verkehrt, wenn du ein generelles Interesse an Politik, eine Portion Skepsis gegenüber Kapitalismus, und ein Interesse an alternativen Lebensformen mitbringst.

During the summer period will be only a few people in the flat. For the one or two people who will be there most of the time, we're looking for someone friendly and considerate. All of us are in principle interested in getting to know interim tenants and would be willing to spend some time together. However, we are also often busy and cannot guarantee to a lot of shared time. For a good time together it would certainly be beneficial if you have a general interest in politics, a scepticism towards capitalism and an interest in alternative ways of living.
