Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet viel Platzt zum ausbreiten. Es gibt eine Sitzecke im Erker in der man es sich morgens mit einem Kaffee und dem Laptop gemütlich machen kann. Einen großen Schreibtisch und eine Anlage zum Musikhören gibt es auch. Falls Du dich organisieren möchtest, gibt es auch eine 2x1m große Magnetwand, auf der Du alles dranpinnen kannst was du willst. Den Drucker/Kopierer kannst Du auch gerne nutzen, aber bitte jetzt nicht hart übertreiben und deine Doktorarbeit fünf Mal ausdrucken. Bücher dürfen auch gelesen werden, solange sie die Wohnung nicht verlassen und wie alles pfleglich behandelt wird. Platz im Kleiderschrank werde ich selbstverständlich auch freiräumen.
Die anderen beiden (Aider und Mariia) sprechen russisch und englisch. Sie sind beide hypertoll und sind aufgeschlossen und machen gerne mal einen Spaß.
In der Wohnung werden keine Partys gefeiert, es wird nicht geraucht, aber es gibt einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, auf dem man mal einen Film schauen kann, während man auf der Eckcouch liegt und Chips&Cola snacked. Die Küche ist auch cute und es sind alle Basics vorhanden, um sich ein deliziöses Mahl zuzubereiten. Das Sauberkeitslevel ist hoch und daher wäre es schön, wenn Du wärhend deines Aufenthalts hier alles (direkt) sauber hälst.
Das Badezimmer hat sowohl eine Badewanne als auch eine Dusche und bietet viel Platz auch zu zweit darin zu manövrieren.

The room is spacious and offers plenty of room to spread out. There is a sitting area in the bay window where you can make yourself comfortable in the morning. There is also a large desk and a stereo for listening to music. If you want to get organized, there is also a 2x1m magnetic board where you can pin anything you want. You can also use the printer/copier, but please don't go overboard and print out your thesis five times. Books may also be read, as long as they do not leave the apartment. Of course, I will also free up space in the closet.
The other two (Aider and Mariia) speak Russian and English. They are both hypertastic and are outgoing and like to have fun.
There are no parties in the apartment, no smoking, but there is a TV in the living room where you can watch a movie once in a while while lying on the corner couch and consuming chips&cola. The kitchen is also cute and all the basics are there to prepare yourself a delicious meal. The level of cleanliness is high and therefore it would be nice if you keep everything (directly) clean during your stay here.
The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower and offers plenty of space for two to maneuver in it.
Die Haltestelle Georg-Schwarz-Str/Merseburgerstr. ist fußläufig innnerhalb von zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Eine weitere Haltestelle befindet sich am Lindenauer Markt (Linien 7,8,15, 74 130 und 131) und ist ca 5 min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, so zum Beispiel ein Lidl in der Merseburgerstr., welcher ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Der Kaufland am Lindenauer Markt ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Weiterhin bist du in wenigen Minuten am Karl-Heine Kanal, oder im Park. Wenn du gerne in den Park gehst, hast du es bis zum Palmengarten auch nicht weit. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es das Cafe Okka und mehrere Spätis, die lange aufhaben.
You can shop in a Lidl, which is about 4 minutes by foot. Also there is a tram station called Georg-Schwarz-Str/Merseburgerstr about 2 minutes away. Additionally there is a tram station at Lindenauer Markt (also a Kaufland) about 5 minutes away. The canal and the park are about 5 min by bike.
Aider und Mariia sind toll. Sie lernen gerade beide deutsch, sprechen aber fließend englisch und sind ukrainisch bzw. rurssische Muttersprachler*innen. Beide sind im Kreativbereich tätig - Animationsfilm und 2D/3D-Design.
Keine Ahnung ob Du in der Zeit dann Lust auf Abends kochen mit den beiden hast. Sicherlich kannst Du die beiden fragen, aber wir gucken wie es passt, kochen und essen immer mal gerne zusammen. Und das macht Spaß.
Aider and Mariia are great. They are both learning German right now, but speak fluent English and are native Ukrainian and Russian speakers respectively. Both are working in the creative field - animation film and 2D/3D design.
I don't know if you would like to cook with them in the evening. Of course you can ask them, but we always see how it fits, cook and eat together. And that's fun.
Schreib mir gerne und erzähl ein bisschen was über dich selbst, was du machst und was Du in Leipzig vorhast.
Falls Du ein oder zwei Tage vorher oder später Anreisen oder Abreisen möchtest, dann können wir gerne darüber sprechen. Vielleicht findet sich eine Lösung. Solltest Du schon ab dem 20.08 in die Wohnung wollen, würde das Zimmer ein bisschen mehr kosten.
Ich komme übrigens schon ab dem 21. September zurück und müsste dann schon mal gelegentlich an meine Sachen, aber keine Sorge, du kannst weiter in Ruhe in dem Zimmer weiter abhängen.
