Helles Zimmer in Lindenau

Die Wohnung ist im 3. OG eines renovierten Altbau mitten in Lindenau. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, also ist die WG nicht barrierefrei. In 4 Minuten bist du an der nächsten Haltestelle und kannst mit der Bahn in nur 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt sein. Hier gibt es eine Menge schöner Cafés, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles, was das Herz sonst begehrt.


The flat is on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building in the middle of Lindenau. Unfortunately, there is no lift, so the flat is not barrier-free. You can get to the next stop in 5 minutes and can be in the city centre by tram in just 15 minutes. There are lots of nice cafés, many shopping opportunities and everything else your heart desires.

Ich bin Lu (sie/ihr), 18 Jahre alt und besuche derzeit ein BSZ mit der Fachrichtung Gesundheit und Soziales. In meiner Freizeit lese ich viel, mache Musik, Yoga oder probiere mich an verschiedenen (meist) kreativen Dingen aus. Ich bin eine ruhige, offene und empathische Person und würde mich freuen, mit dir ein vertrautes und gemütliches Zuhause zu schaffen.
Außerdem lebe ich vegan und es wäre schön, wenn du dem gegenüber aufgeschlossen bist oder selbst vegetarisch/vegan lebst.
Ich würde mich über eine Person freuen, die Interesse an einem freundschaftlichen Zusammenleben hat – gemeinsam Kochen, die Freuden und Sorgen des Lebens teilen oder gemeinsam etwas Unternehmen wenn es sich ergibt. Wenn Musikbegeisterte unter den Leser*innen sind, bin ich auch gerne für die ein oder andere Jam-Sessions zu haben (Ich spiele Gitarre, singe und probiere mich gerne am Klavierspielen)

Da die Wohnung für mich auch ein Ruhe- und Rückzugsort sein wird, ist mir ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang und eine offene Kommunikation sehr wichtig. Freund*innen und Familie sind natürlich willkommen.
Für Rassismus, Homophobie, Antisemitismus, Ableismus und jede andere Form der Diskrimminieung ist hier kein Platz. Ein verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit der Pandemiesituation ist mir wichtig.

I'm Lu (she/her), 18 years old and I'm currently attending a BSZ specialising in health and social affairs. In my free time, I read a lot, play music, do yoga or try my hand at various (mostly) creative things. I am a calm, open and empathetic person and would be happy to create a familiar and cosy home with you.
I also live vegan and would be happy if you are open-minded or live vegetarian/vegan yourself.
I would love to meet someone who is interested in living together in a friendly way - cooking together, sharing the joys and sorrows of life or doing something together in our free time if it comes up. If there are any music enthusiasts among the readers, I would also be happy to join in a jam session or two (I play the guitar, sing and like to try my hand at playing the piano).
As always: everything can, nothing must :)
Since the flat will also be a place of rest and retreat for me, considerate treatment and open communication are very important to me. Friends and family are of course welcome.
There is no place for racism, homophobia, anti-Semitism, ableism or any other form of discrimination here. A responsible approach to the pandemic situation is important to me.
