mein kleines schönes Zimmer wird ab November bis mind. Juni (mit Möglichkeit der Übernahme!) frei, da ich ein Auslandspraktikum mache und mir dann direkt vorstellen kann, zu bleiben.
Das Zimmer hat vier Wände, eine Tür und einen Boden- also alles da, was du brauchst ;)
Die Südseite und die zwei Fenster garantiert dir schöne Sonnenstunden.
Meine Zimmerpflanzen habe ich teils sehr mühevoll großgezogen und daher liebgewonnen, ein grüner Daumen (oder zumindest das commitment, es zu versuchen) ist highly appreciated!

my small and cosy room is free from November to minimum June (there's a chance that u can rent it even afterwards completely!) because I'm doing an internship abroad. Its got four walls, a door and a floor- everything you need ;)
Facing the south and with two windows sunshine is guaranteed.
My plants are quit important to me so a green thumb (or at least the commitment to try) is highly appreciated!
Wir leben am Ende von Lindenau, das heißt, der Wald ist nicht fern, die Karl Heine mit ihren vielen Bars und Cafés aber auch nicht.
Der Leipziger Westen ist der grünste Teil der Stadt. Hier gibt's trotz fortschreitender Gentrifizierung immer noch einige coole Hausprojekte und Spaces.
Außerdem immer wieder Flohmärkte, Konzerte.. und bist zu den Seen ist's auch nicht weit.

We're living at the edge of lindenau, which means the forest is near but Karl Heine Straße with all its bars and cafes also.
Leipzig west is the greenest part of the city. Although it's quit gentrificated there's still cool house projects and spaces. There's also flea markets, concerts.. and the lakes are close as well.
Du wirst hier mit Leon & Phillip leben.
Phillip ist ein kleiner Musik + Film nerd der ganz viele Instrumente besitzt (Bass, e-schlagzeug, Gitarren) und dir morgens von seinen wilden Träumen erzählen wird. Außerdem geht er gerne ins Fitti oder den Park nebenan rum und macht dort Calisthenics.
Leon geht auch gern mit ins Fitti und gönnt sich danach definitiv die Sauna. Er ist seit einem Jahr in Leipzig und studiert hier Nachhaltige Energie. Er ist prinzipiell sehr unternehmerisch und für alles mögliche - ob Barabend oder Ausflug - zu haben.
Leon wird ab Mitte/Ende Februar ebenso bis Sommer in ein Auslandssemester in Italien gehen, daher werden Phillip und du euch in dieser Zeit wiederum wen neues zum Miteinander-Wohnen suchen müssen. :)
Wir leben hier gerne zusammen und sind befreundet, daher ist uns ein gemeinschaftliches Miteinander wichtig :)

You'll be living with Leon and Phillip.
Phillip is a little music + film nerd and is having a lot of different instruments (bass, e-drums, guitars) and will tell u about his wild dreams at breakfast. Also he enjoys going to fitness clubs.
Leon likes to join him there and will afterwards definitely go into sauna. He's living in Leipzig for about a year now and is studying engineering. He's up for quit everything - from going to bars to go out for a little adventures.
Leon will do an exchange semester from mid/end February on until summer. During that time Phillip and u will have to find someone new to live with. :)
We enjoy living together and are friends. So it's important for us that you are also interested in a caring environment.

Unfortuanetly we can't offer an actual rent contract yet, but maybe then from summer on.
