Unsere Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist nicht barrierfrei. Das Zimmer, das frei wird, ist 20 qm groß, unmöbliert. Es kostet 224 € warm und hat ein Fenster nach Südwesten, sodass die schöne Nachmittagssonne rein scheint. In der WG gibt es zwei Badezimmer, eine Dusche mit Badewanne und einen langen Flur auf dem die Fahrräder parken. Außerdem gibt es eine große Küche mit Sofa zum gemeinsamen Essen, arbeiten oder rumhängen. Am Küchenfenster wird regelmäßig geraucht. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, den wir gerne mit (vegetarischem, evtl. veganem) Gemeingut befüllen wollen. Wir teilen uns die Lebensmittel und den Einkauf, aber persönliche Schocko-Vorräte sind natürlich auch drin ;) Das Highlight ist der Blick aus dem Küchenfenster auf den Karl-Heine-Kanal!
Our flat is on the 2nd floor and not barrier-free. The room available is 20 square metres big, it is unfurnished. The rent is 224 € utilities included. It has a window facing south west, so you have the evening sun shining into your room. Our flat has two bathrooms, a shower and a bath tub and a long corridor where we leave our bikes. The kitchen is big and has a big sofa where we eat, work or hang out together. We smoke at the kitchen window. Our fridge is stocked with vegetarian and vegan food for everyone. We share the food and the groceries, but of course you also can have your personal supply of chocolate and other goodies. The Highlight of our flat is the window in the kitchen facing the Karl-Heine-Canal!
Verkehrsanbindung ist Klasse.
Plagwitz-Bahnhof und diverse Straßenbahnlinien ums Eck.
Viele Kneipen im wilden Westen .
2. Stock des am Kanal!!!
In der WG bleiben langfristig leider nur Magda und Päddy.
Magda, 24, Konditorin, ist so ein Mensch der die ganze Zeit strahlt, sie arbeitet bei Müller und studiert Romanistik, hat einen Fabel für guten Wein und Flohmärkte. Bäckt jedes Weihnachten Plätzchen, geht bouldern, an den See, in Park oder auf techno-raves und ist eine absolute Nachteule.
Päddy, 23, arbeitet in ner Bar und steht auf Metal, Rock und schnellen Techno, natürlich WG verträglich. Er versucht sich in mittelmäßigen Projekten.
Ein Veganer.
n unserer WG teilen wir uns Lebensmittel und besprechen gemeinsam regelmäßig das WG-Leben. Eine Gemeinsamkeit von uns ist unsere Unruhe gegenüber sächsischen (und weltweiten) Zuständen und die Motivation dem nicht tatenlos gegenüber zu stehen. Wir möchten gerne zusammenleben und nicht nebeneinander her und trotzdem Möglichkeiten zum Rückzug ins eigene Zimmer haben. Uns ist ein solidarischer und diskriminierungssensibler Umgang wichtig. Du solltest gewillt sein hinter dir her zu räumen. Bitte schreib uns was über dich, z.B. ob du Eis magst (und wenn ja welche Sorte).
