Die Straße ist selbst recht verkehrsarm. Nur 250m entfernt sind aber mit dem Anfang der Georg-Schwarz-Straße schon die nächste Tram-Haltestelle (Linie 7) und ein paar Einkaufs- und Verweilmöglichkeiten (das vegane PizzaLab, Dönerladen, Bio-Kooperative, zwei Spätis…). Ein paar schöne Cafés und Kneipen gibt es in der Ecke mittlerweile auch. Die Straßenbahn braucht z.B. zum Hauptbahnhof 14min und zum Uni-Campus 17min. Circa 20min braucht man mit dem Rad zu letzterem – mit Route fast ausschließlich durch den Park.
Auch nur 500m entfernt ist der Lindenauer Markt mit diversen Einkaufs- und Essmöglichkeiten etc.
700m zum Auenwald, ca. 1km zum Palmengarten.

But only 250m away are the next streetcar stop (line 7) and a few shopping and dining options (the vegan PizzaLab, kebab store, organic cooperative, two Spätis...). There are also a few nice cafes and pubs in the corner. The streetcar takes e.g. 14min to the main station and 17min to the university campus. It takes about 20min by bike to the latter - with route almost exclusively through the park.
Also only 500m away is the Lindenauer Markt with various shopping and dining options etc.
700m to the Auenwald, about 1km to the Palmengarten.

Ich heiße Manu, auf dem Papier bin ich 32 fühle mich aber definitiv noch nicht so alt. Ich mag es gerne wenn Menschen um mich herum sind. Ich habe 6 Jahre als Berufskoch gearbeitet und koche noch immer sehr gerne zuhause, begeistere mich für fast alles was mit Kunst, und vor allem Musik, zu tun hat und unternehme gerne was mit lieben Menschen.

Ich bin seit drei Jahren selbständig als Musikproduzent und Toningenieur tätig und habe ein Tonstudio in Böhlitz-Ehrenberg, wo ich ausschließlich arbeite (also keine Sorge ich mache keinen Krach von morgens bis Abends, zuhause versuche ich meist keine Musik zu machen, außer es bietet sich spontan an mit Besuch oder so).
Ich bin kein Veganer oder Vegetarier; achte aber, so weit es mir möglich ist, darauf was ich kaufe und versuche derzeit meinen Konsum nachhaltiger zu gestalten. Außerdem habe ich einen Schrebergarten im Osten von Leipzig in dem ich seit einigen Jahren, gerne im Sommer Zeit verbringe und Gemüse anpflanze - wenn du da mit machen möchtest wäre das super, ist aber absolut kein Muss (aktuell ist dieser leider etwas zu kurz gekommen und bringt viel Arbeit mit). Ich schaue sehr gerne Filme, Serien oder entspanne mich gerne mit einem Getränk bei einem Plausch.

My name is Manu, on paper I'm 32 but I definitely don't feel that old yet. I like it when people are around me. I worked as a professional chef for 6 years and I still love to cook at home, I'm enthusiastic about almost everything that has to do with art, and especially music, and I like to do things with lovely people.

I have been a self-employed music producer and sound engineer for three years and have a recording studio in Böhlitz-Ehrenberg, where I work exclusively (so don't worry I don't make noise from morning to night, at home I usually try not to make music, unless it offers spontaneously with visitors or so).
I'm not vegan or vegetarian; but I pay attention to what I buy as much as I can and I'm currently trying to make my consumption more sustainable. I also have an allotment in the east of Leipzig in which I like to spend time in the summer and grow vegetables - if you want to do that would be great, but is absolutely not a must (currently there is more work to do, because of lack of time). I like to watch movies, series or relax with a drink and a chat.
