Da ich mein Leben lang immer in einer WG gewohnt habe, wollte ich mir dank meiner Lohnarbeit ab Mai diesen Jahres den Luxus einer eigenen Wohnung gönnen. In dieser Wohnung habe ich ein Gästezimmer, in welchem ich am Wochenende öfters Familie oder Freunde beherbergen werde. Nun dachte ich aber, dass es mir doch um den Wohnraum leid tut, wenn es die ganze Woche über leer steht. Also falls du ein möbliertes Zimmer für unter der Woche in Leipzig sucht, wäre dieses vielleicht perfekt für dich :)
Since I have always lived in a shared apartment all my life, I wanted to treat myself to the luxury of my own apartment from May this year thanks to my wage work. In this apartment I have a guest room in which I will often host family or friends on weekends. But now I thought that I will be sorry for the living space if it is empty for the whole week. So if you are looking for a furnished room for during the week in Leipzig, this might be perfect for you :)
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, denn zur Haltestelle Angerbrücke läuft man maximal 5 Minuten. Von dort aus sind es nur 5 Haltestellen zum Hauptbahnhof. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeit bietet sich das Kaufland am Lindenauer Markt an, von der Wohnung aus auch nur höchstens 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Karl-Heine-Strasse ist nicht weit weg, also kann man abends auch zu Fuss noch entspannt in der Nähe ein Bier oder ne Limo trinken gehen. Der Palmengarten ist auch direkt um die Ecke, mega praktisch im Sommer.
The apartment is well located, because to the stop Angerbrücke you walk no more than 5 minutes. From there it is only 5 stops to the main station. As a shopping option is the Kaufland at Lindenauer Markt, also only 5 minutes away from the apartment at most. The Karl-Heine-Strasse is not far away, so you can also go in the evening still relaxed on foot in the vicinity a beer or soda. The Palmengarten is also just around the corner, mega convenient in the summer.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin ausgezogen ist, lebe ich momentan mit jemandem zur Zwischenmiete. Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG, da ich mittlerweile allerdings Vollzeit arbeite, reichen die Energie-Kapazitäten doch oftmals nicht mehr für ein fröhliches Zusammensitzen am Abend aus. Leider. Manchmal dann aber doch und dann sitzen wir gerne zusammen oder starten gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Eben einfach wie es je nach Situation passt.
Since my roommate has moved out, I currently live with someone for interim rent. The WG is not a purpose WG, but since I now work full time, the energy capacities are often no longer enough for a happy sitting together in the evening. Unfortunately. Sometimes, however, there is enough time and then we like to sit together or start joint ventures. Just as it fits depending on the situation.
