Aufgrund des Auszugs unserer geschätzten Mitbewohnerin wird dieses schöne Zimmer ab dem 01.02.2024 frei. Das Zimmer erstreckt sich über etwa 12 Quadratmeter und beinhaltet ein Bett (ohne Matratze) mit drei geräumigen Schubladen darunter. Es ist lediglich mit dem Bett möbliert.
Neben der Zimmerausstattung verfügt die Wohnung über eine großzügige Küche mit einem großen Kühlschrank und einer Waschmaschine, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden können. Zwei freundliche Mitbewohnerinnen, die Deutsch, Französisch, Arabisch und ein wenig Englisch sprechen, teilen die Wohnung. Daher wird die Präferenz darauf gelegt, eine weitere Mitbewohnerin zu finden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in Lindenthal, nur zwei Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle und etwa 11 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn "Wahren" entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Edeka und Netto sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit der S-Bahn (S3) in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar, und die Innenstadt in ca. 12 Minuten.
Das Zimmer ist optimal für eine weibliche Person geeignet.😊

Due to our dear roommate moving out, this charming room will be available from February 1, 2024. The room spans approximately 12 square meters and features an unfurnished bed (excluding the mattress) with three spacious drawers underneath. It is only furnished with the bed.
In addition to the room's amenities, the apartment boasts a spacious kitchen with a large refrigerator and a washing machine, which can be used communally. The apartment is shared with two friendly girls who speak German, French, Arabic and a bit of English, making it preferable to find another female roommate.
Situated in a tranquil area in Lindenthal, the apartment is just a two-minute walk from the bus stop and approximately an 11-minute walk from the "Wahren" S-Bahn station. Nearby shopping options include Kaufland, Edeka, and Netto. Leipzig Central Station is accessible in just 10 minutes by S-Bahn (S3), and it takes about 12 minutes to reach the city center.
The room is ideal for a female tenant. 😊
