Hallo zusammen,
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Wohnheim der Johannes-R-Becher-Straße und ist somit möbliert mit Schrank, Regal, Tisch, Stuhl und Einzelbett. Auch das Internet (80 GB/Monat) ist bereits im Preis enthalten :)
In der WG gibt es eine Küche mit Kochmöglichkeit und Kühlschrank. Außerdem gibt es einen Esstisch inklusive zwei Stühle. Das Bad ist klein aber fein mit einer Dusche und einem WC. Genauere Infos findet ihr im Raumplan, den ich mit hochgeladen habe. Gerne schicke ich auf Anfrage auch Bilder :)
Im Studentenwohnheim befinden sich zudem auch noch Fitnessräume, ein Tischtennisraum, ein Billardraum, Waschmaschinenräume, Fahrradkeller und der Studentenclub C4 für gemütliche Spieleabenden oder ähnliches. Wer gerne eine Party feiern möchte, kann einen der diversen Partyräume mit Küche nutzen.

The room is located in the dorm of Johannes-R-Becher-Straße and is thus furnished with cupboard, shelf, table, chair and single bed. Also the internet (80 GB / month) is already included in the price. For a network cable and WLAN itself must be taken care of :)
In the shared flat there is a kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge. There is also a dining table including two chairs. The bathroom is small but nice with a shower and a toilet. More detailed information can be found in the room plan, which I have uploaded. I am happy to send pictures on request :)
In the dorm there are also fitness rooms, a table tennis room, a billiard room, washing machine rooms, bicycle storage and the student club C4 for cozy games evenings or the like. Who would like to celebrate a party, can use one of the various party rooms with kitchen.
Die Lage ist vor allem für Studenten der HTWK optimal. Diese erreicht man mit der Bahn in nur 10 Minuten.
Die Haltestelle Moritz-Hof erreicht man in ca. 3 Minuten. Von hier aus ist man auch in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw. am Hauptbahnhof.
Im Moritz-Hof findet man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. einen Konsum, Penny, Roßmann, verschiedene Bäcker, Restaurants und andere kleine Geschäfte.

The situation is optimal, especially for HTWK students. These can be reached by train in just 10 minutes.
The stop Moritz-Hof can be reached in about 3 minutes. From here you are also in 15 minutes in the city center or at the main station.
In Moritz-Hof you will find various shops such a Konsum, Penny, Rossmann, various bakers, restaurants and other small shops.
Deine potentielle Mitbewohnerin ist Julia. Sie ist 20 Jahre alt und macht ein duales Studium. Das WG-Leben ist eigentlich sehr ruhig und entspannt.

Your potential roommate is Julia. She is 20 years old and is doing a dual degree. The flat share life is actually very calm and relaxed.
Das Zimmer kann sowohl unbefristet als auch befristet gemietet werden. Das Zimmer muss allerdings mindestens bis Ende September übernommen werden. Somit bietet sich das möblierte Zimmer z.B. sehr gut für Austauschstudenten an. Wer interesse an dem Zimmer hat, kann gerne einfach eine Mail schreiben oder auch vorbei kommen. Auch eine Besichtigung über Skype ist möglich.

The room can be rented for an unlimited or a limited term. The room must be taken over at least until the end of September. Therefore it is a very good option for exchange students. If you are interested in the room, you can just write an e-mail or come by. Also a visit over Skype is possible.
