Ich gebe zum 01.09 mein WG-Zimmer ab, weil ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen werde. Du bekommst ein großes, geräumiges, helles und hohes Altbauzimmer mit 2 Fenstern, die zwar nach Norden rausgehen, aber trotzdem viel Licht reinlassen! Das Zimmer hat eine (gedämmte!) Zwischentür zum Zimmer nebenan, große Fensterbänke und wurde letztes Jahr im Mai frisch weiß gestrichen
Ich übergebe das Zimmer unmöbliert. Ein paar Dinge möchte ich aber gern da lassen, wenn du sie brauchst. Unter anderem mein großes Podestbett mit jeder Menge (!) Stauraum und 1,40m Breite.
Unsere WG im Ganzen ist sehr geräumig. 3 Zimmer, 1 Küche, 2 Bäder. Eines mit Badewanne, das andere mit einer Dusche. Wir haben einen großen (!) Balkon und eine Küche (mit Spülmaschine), in der man bequem zusammen sitzen kann. Die Küche haben wir vor ein paar Monaten renoviert und frisch gestrichen. Du kannst dich also ins gemachte Nest setzen ;)
Auch im Flur und Nebenflur, ist Platz um ein paar Sachen abzustellen oder einfach den Platz zu genießen, dafür ist es dort etwas dunkler, als im Rest der Wohnung.
Wir haben einen Keller und einen gepflasterten Innenhof mit überdachten Fahrradständern.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt :(

I give the room unfurnished. A few things I would like to leave there if you need them. Among other things, my large platform bed with lots (!) of storage space and 1.40m wide.
Our WG as a whole is very spacious. 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms. One with a bathtub, the other with a shower. We have a big (!) balcony and a kitchen (with dishwasher) where you can sit together comfortably. The kitchen we have renovated a few months ago and freshly painted.
Also in the hallway and side hallway, is space to put a few things or just enjoy the space, but it is a bit darker there than in the rest of the apartment.
We have a basement and a paved courtyard with covered bike racks.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral am Rande des Musikviertels es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke . Alles von Aldi bis BioMare. Die Kar-Li, der große Clara-Zetkin-Park und der Auwald sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und Tram, Bus und S-Bahn sind fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem ist man mit dem Rad schnell dort, wo was los ist in Leipzig - egal in welche Himmelsrichtung.

The location is very central on the edge of the music district there are various shopping opportunities around the corner. Everything from Aldi to BioMare. The Kar-Li, the large Clara Zetkin Park and the Auwald are only a stone's throw away and streetcar, bus and S-Bahn are within walking distance. In addition, you can quickly bike to wherever there is something going on in Leipzig - no matter in which direction.
Du wirst in einer 3-er WG wohnen. Zusammen mit Marcus und noch einem weiteren Mitbewohner bzw. Mitbewohnerin der/die Anfang August hier einziehen wird. Die Wahl, wer einziehen wird, fällt in den nächsten Tagen.
Marcus studiert gerade Wirtschaftspsychologie und arbeitet unter der Woche noch bei einem Lieferdienst. Dementsprechend ist er auch viel unterwegs, aber abends zuverlässig in der Küche anzutreffen und immer für einen Plausch zu haben.
Es gab bisher einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich rotiert hat. Der Rest ist Kommunikation. Wie eigentlich alles :)

You will live in a 3-person flat share. Together with Marcus and another roommate who will move in at the beginning of August. The choice of who will move in will be made in the next few days.
Marcus is currently studying business psychology and works for a delivery service during the week. Accordingly, he is on the road a lot, but in the evening he can be found reliably in the kitchen and is always available for a chat.
