Hallo! Ich möchte mein Zimmer in unserer Zweier WG in Leipzig für einen Monat vermieten. Die WG liegt zentral im Leipziger Osten, zwei Minuten Fussweg zur Eisenbahnstraße mit Bars, Lokalen und Läden. Supermärkte und ÖPNV sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unsere Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock (es gibt einen Aufzug) und das Zimmer hat den Blick direkt auf den Elsapark - abgesehen vom rauschen der Bäume es ist also sehr ruhig. Ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Balkon gibt es auch und kann mitbenutzt werden.
Mein Mitbewohner ist ruhig und umgänglich, er arbeitet tagsüber im Home Office und ist ansonsten für jeden Spaß zu haben.
Meine Sachen würde ich für die Zeit im Wohnzimmer unterstellen, alle Möbel in meinem Zimmer können gerne benutzt werden.

Hello, I would like to rent out my room in our shared flat in Leipzig for one month. The flat is centrally located in the east of Leipzig, two minutes walk to Eisenbahnstraße with pubs and stores. Supermarkets and public transport are also close by. Our apartment is on the fourth floor (there is an elevator) and the room has a direct view of Elsapark - apart from the rustling of the trees, it is very quiet. There is also a shared living room with a balcony that can be used.
My flatmate is quiet and sociable, he works from home during the day and is otherwise always up for a bit of fun.
I would store my belongings in the living room for the time, all the furniture in my room can be used.
