The room is number 3 on the map. It's clean and spacious oriented to the north so that it stay fresh during the summer.
There is a double bed, a desk and a closet. I can Imagine making everything empty for the sublet.
The flat is very well insulated and well heated. It was renovated in 2023.
Most of the plants in the flat belong to me. I would be happy to find someone who like them. They can move from the room to the common space very easily.
Our apartment is really well located, close to parks, supermarkets, post office, restaurants, gasoline station. There is litterally everything!
We are also located in the central east part of the city, you can reach the city center by walk in 20min!
Concerning the public tranportation, there is the bus line 72/73 1min away by walk, a tram station 5-7min by walk and there is often nextbike available around.
We are Eva (27), Martin (30) and me, Charlotte (25). I met Eva in Leipzig and we decided to live together. All of us are french and speaks fluent english. I speak german and Eva speaks Spanish.
The flat is very easy to clean so we made it easy that everyone just clean after himself.
We like to have people around so all it takes it to ask the others before having friends over.
Most of the common fournitures belongs to our very nice landlord. We also have a plan to prepare a cosy summer balcony in the next weeks.
I'm an artist, Eva is a researcher in neurosciences and Martin is a researcher in Maths.
Martin found a job in France and will leave this summer. If you would be interested in staying longer, you would be able to move in his room (number 2).
