Ich werde von Mitte Februar bis Mitte April im Urlaub sein und vermiete daher mein wunderschönes Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 30m² groß, verwandelt sich immer mehr in einen kleinen Urwald voller Pflanzen, ist mit allem möbliert was man braucht, wunderschönen alter Dielenboden, einen Erker mit Podest, zauberhaften Stuck mit kleinem Kronleuchter, viel Licht von allen Seiten und ein Museum an kleinen Kuriositäten aller Art. Die Fotos sind ziemlich alt und es sieht in der Zwischenzeit ein wenig anderes aus. Ihr könnt euch das Zimmer auch gerne zu zweit teilen - Platz ist mehr als genug da.
Außerdem haben wir natürlich auch eine ziemlich kleine aber gemütliche Küche, ein helles Tageslichtbad mit der Option zu ausgiebigen Schaumbädern und ein kleines Gästezimmer für Besuch.

I will be on holiday from mid of Feb. till mid of April and therefore rent out my beautiful room.
The room is approx. 30m², is more and more transformed into a small jungle full of plants, is furnished with everything you need, beautiful old floorboards, an oriel with pedestal, enchanting stucco with a small chandelier, lots of light from all sides and a museum of small curiosities of all kinds. The photos are quite old and it looks a little bit different in the meantime. You can also share the room with an other Person - there is more than enough space.
Of course, we also have a small but cosy kitchen, a bright daylight bathroom with the option of extensive foam baths and a small guest room for visitors.

Die Wohnug liegt im 2.Stock in der großartigen Kohlgartenstraße und ist somit sehr zentral gelegen, in der Nähe des Hbf und nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum und der Uni entfernt. Die Tram-Linie 1,3,8,4,7 sowie die Buslinie 70,74 befindet sich direkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ebenso wie Supermärke und das schöne Leben.

The flat is situated on the second floor in the great Kohlgartenstraße and therefore pretty central, close to the main station and just a few minutes from the city yenter and the university. The tram-lines 1,3,8,4,7 as well as the bus No. 70,74 are really close-by. Supermarkets and the beautiful life are also pretty close and directly reachable.

Ach es ist immer so schwer sich selbst vorzustellen - lerne uns doch einfach kennen - aber in Kürze, sind wir:
Rachel (sie/ihr): kommt aus Brasilien, spricht perfekt Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch und Portugiesisch und hat in Halle Textil Design an der Burg studiert, immer für Cocktails oder ein Gläschen Wein zu haben, und hat immer leckere Köstlichkeiten aus aller Welt im Kühlschrank
Cristóbal (er/ihm): Grafikdesigner und Fotograf aus Chile, liebt seine Pflanzen, Kunst und Make-Up, kann super lecker kochen und ist auf Grund der altbekannten Neujahrsvorsätze seit diesem Jahr auch immer mal wieder im Fitnessstudio anzutreffen.
Constanza (sie/ihr): Twerk-Tanzlehrerin aus Chile die nicht nur beruflich sondern auch privat allen Feuern unterm Hintern macht und immer bestens über die heißesten (Latino-)Partys der Stadt informiert ist. Ps. Für Mitbewohner:innen gibt es einen guten Freund:innenpreis für ihren Unterricht. Lohnt sich!
Cris und Coni sprechen (noch) kein sonderlich gutes Deutsch aber alle sprechen super Englisch und natürlich Spanisch :)

Oh it's always so hard to introduce yourself - just get to know us - but in a few words, we are:
Rachel (she/her): comes from Brazil, speaks perfect German, English, Spanish and Portuguese and studied textile design at the Burg in Halle, always up for a cocktail or a glass of wine, and always has tasty delicacies from all over the world in the fridge
Cristóbal (he/him): Graphic designer and photographer from Chile, loves his plants, art and make-up, can cook super tasty food and can be found in the gym every now and then due to the well-known New Year's resolutions since this year.
Constanza (she/her): Twerk dance instructor from Chile who not only fires everyone up professionally but also privately and is always well informed about the hottest (Latin) parties in town. Ps. For flatmates there is a good friend price for her lessons. It's worth it!
Cris and Coni don't speak very good German (yet) but everyone speaks great English and of course Spanish :)
