Hallo! Da mein Studium zur Ende ist, muss ich jetzt mein schönes WG-Zimmer in Leipziger Osten verlassen. Es ist ein großes, helles Zimmer, möbiliert (wir können darüber reden, was du gerne behalten willst - zurzeit ist ein Hochbett da eingebaut, kann aber auch gerne abgebaut werden wenn du's nicht willst!) mit sonne morgens. Ich lasse es echt ungern, aber na ja.
Der WG geht über 2 etagen - unten Küche, Bad 1, balkon, dein Zimmer, Tankred's Zimmer, und das Ess/Wohnzimmer. Oben haben wir ein 2tes Wohnzimmer/Bürozimmer, flur, Bad 2, und 2 Zimmer für die anderen Mitbewohnern. Unsere WG ist schön und groß!
Hi there! As my studies have come to an end, I'm leaving my beautiful bedroom in East Leipzig. It's a big, open space, partially furnished (we can talk about what you'd like to keep and what I'll take with). The sun shines in in the morning (when the sun shines at all in Leipzig) and I have a beautiful view of the historic Ludwigstraße.
The WG has two floors - bottom floor is my bedroom, my roommate's room, the kitchen, the balcony, Bathroom 1, and the dining/living room. Upstairs is the second living room/music practice room, 2 more bedrooms, a hallway and bathroom 2. It's a beautiful large WG!
Wir sind um die Ecke von der Eisi, neben der Torgauer Platz. Hier kannst du sehr einfach den Verkehr erreichen, in Kneipen gehen, oder was zu Essen finden. Für einkaufen ist Lidl nicht weit, Aldi ein bisschen weiter und viele schöne Gemüse/internationale Läden in der nähe. Der Viertel ist ganz lebendig :)
We are around the corner from the Eisenbahnstraße, near Torgauer Platz. Public transport is a 5-minute walk away, there are bars on every corner and good places to eat. Lidl isn't far away for shopping, aldi is a bit further, but the international grocery stores on the Eisi are my favorite places to shop. The neighborhood is very lively!
Wir sind zu viert, Line hat Anglistik studiert, Jule studiert an der uni Leipzig, und Tankred ist Koch, Künstler, und Videogame-afficionado. Wir haben fast alles in der WG (Küche, Betten, andere Möbel) selber gebaut. Alle versuchen möglichst nachhaltig zu leben. Wir benutzen Öko-strom und ernähren uns vegetarisch oder Vegan. Vielleicht 3-4mal in der Woche wird gemeinsam gekocht um Essenkosten, Wasser, und Strom zu sparen. Eine freundlichere WG kannst du nicht finden :) Manche rauchen, manche nicht, aber rauchen ist überall erlaubt und im Sommer zieht meistens auf dem großen Balkon. Selbst wenn in der Küche geraucht wird ist die Wohnung groß genug, dass es nicht stört.
The WG has four people. Line studied Anglistik, gardens, and cooks superbly, Jule studies at the Uni Leipzig, and Tankred is a chef, artist, and video-game-afficionado. We built most of the furniture in the WG ourselves. The kitchen and bedrooms especially. We try to live pretty sustainably, pay for green energy and eat vegan or vegetarian. 3 or 4 times a week we cook dinner together, to save on food costs, water and power. It's a very friendly group of people. Smoking is allowed everywhere, but in summer moves mostly to the balcony. In such a big apartment, even if people smoke inside it's not really a disturbance.
