Da wir die WG gerade erst gründen, könntest du bei der Zimmeraufteilung noch mitmischen. Allgemein wärst du natürlich herzlich dazu eingeladen, dich in die Gestaltung der Wohnung insgesamt einzubringen! Zur Wahl stehen ein kleineres (ca. 10 m²) und zwei größere Zimmer (ca. 16-19 m²). Bei dem vierten Zimmer (ca. 18 m²) handelt es sich um ein Durchgangszimmer, das wir als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer benutzen wollen. Dementsprechend wäre auch dein Mietanteil noch variabel, wobei wir diesen nicht allein nach der Zimmergröße, sondern auch nach den finanziellen Möglichkeiten von uns allen ausrichten wollen.

As we just got our new home, you are warmly invited to contribute to the design of the apartment! Also, you still have a say in what room you want to live in. You can choose between a smaller room (about 10 m²) and two larger ones (about 16-19 m²). The fourth room (about 18 m²) is a walk-through room which we want to use as a common living room. Consequently, your rental share would still be variable, but we don’t want to adjust it to the size of the room only, but also to our individual financial possibilities.
Die Wohnung liegt auf einer ruhigen Parallelstraße der Eisenbahnstraße (direkt um die Ecke vom Pögehaus). Die nächste ÖPNV-Haltestelle (Einertstr.) ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Allgemein befinden sich durch die Nähe zur Einbahnstraße zahlreiche Bars, Cafés, Projekträume und Ähnliches in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

The apartment is located on a quiet parallel street to the Eisenbahnstraße (just around the corner from the Pögehaus). The nearest tram station (Einertstr.) can be reached by foot in three minutes. In general, there are numerous bars, cafes, open spaces etc. in the neighborhood.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Florian (28, freier Journalist) und Johannes (25, Student). Wir kennen uns schon seit längerer Zeit und haben auch schon einmal zusammen gewohnt. Nun haben wir es endlich mal hinbekommen, wieder zusammenzuziehen. Wir sind zwar beide öfter außer Haus, haben aber gezielt nach einer Wohnung mit größerem Gemeinschaftsraum gesucht, da wir beide ein aktives gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben sehr zu schätzen wissen. Wir hoffen also auf zahlreiche Diskussionen, Filmabende (Beamer am Start!) und die ein oder andere Eskalation in unserem neuen Wohnzimmer.

Your roommates would be Florian (28, freelance journalist) and Johannes (25, student). We’ve known each other for a long time and have lived together once before. Now we finally managed to move in together again. Although we are not home all day long, we were looking for an apartment with a larger common room as we both appreciate living together actively. So, we hope for many discussions, movie nights (we got a projector) and one or another “escalation” in our new living room.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei, das Einzugsdatum ist aber variabel. Außerdem wär's nett, wenn du vorab schon ein bisschen was über dich schreiben könntest.
